I wish Destiny 2 was scarier. Listen to that D1 death sound. Nothing says "whats left of your armor and bones will be left as a warning for others" like that.
This is a little off topic, but I really miss the old Explosive Rounds effect on weapons. In Destiny 1 it looks like a big fiery explosion but in destiny 2 it looks like a tiny purple and yellow shockwave it looks dumb.
They made everything more "bubbly" if you will. Even the sounds of the weapons to the jumps, sound sharper in D1 where as in D2 it's all muffled. I noticed as soon as I played the D2 beta.
Randomly popped up on my recommended. This is soo nostalgic I really miss this game. D2 is just different. Missing that feel. Also the shimmer shader or any of the glowing ones on the splicer/raid armor looked amazing

My first Leviathan clear in a nutshell: One of the callers died, so we had to get the councillor by luck (50/50, two times) Damn I screamed high when I punched the shit out of the correct councillor two times in a row and finally cleared the raid

Crazy how fast the inventory and the game in general used to load back in D1. Inventory management like this is impossible now. And before anyone says it, even with an SSD it's not that fast.
@@Dcxxattack no it's. Did you not watch the video? The inventory opened in 1-2 seconds. D2 even with an SSD doesn't load that fast. There's plenty of vids that show regular console vs SSD on D2.
M.A.K. Dynasty bro d1 doesn’t have to load as much as d2. It’s kinda common sense that it would take longer to load. Look at GTA V compared to previous GTAs. Perhaps that says more about SSDs than the game itself. Maybe SSDs should be faster
At the moment, if you buy any xbox live subscription, and then buy the 1 month game pass ultimate at 1€/$, it will convert the whole subscription of xbox live into game pass ultimate. That is a very convenient offer. My only suggestion is to do at least 1 year, here in Europe you can find it for around 40€, dont know in the usa though. That means 1 year and 1 month of ultimate for only 41€
It’s been solo’d before but it will probably take you awhile to solo it. You have to get a specific role on a specific gun that only drips from heavy engrams. You need to know the encounter and you need a few exotics like no back up plans for dps even with that it’s still very hard
@@KinesisXBL what do you mean? This is not axis, this is vosic. Axis is the final boss if the raid. You can tell this because he has to shoot the TV screen and throw balls at the same time. You don't have to do that in the axis fight.
It's bungies destiny 2 console client that's terrible pc version was done by another studio and I know people love to blame the ps4/xb1 hdd but this is on those same HDD and it's much faster on opening menu's I have destiny 2 installed on a mechanical HDD on my pc just to test it's loading speed and it's much much faster than consoles loads the menu's almost instatanious.
I run d2 on a low end pc and gear menu takes about 1-2 seconds to open. Honestly D2 is probably gonna drop current gen consoles by Witchqueen. (This is speculation TBC in no way confirmed)

I am blown away by how fast you can change weapons, in d2 it takes 7-10 seconds just for it to load your character and weapons before changing them.
I think that's just on console. I've seen players on D2 who play on pc and change there gear in a less than 2 seconds because of how fast it loads.
