Fun fact- I had a very similar experience where it’s not that I was in pain but I could definitely feel everything and it was more than just the pressure I could feel EVERYTHING being moved around and it was awful. I remember I kept talking to my anesthesiologist and she sensed me having a panic attack. Before I knew it I was completely sedated and woke up once I was in the room with my son and husband. It was awful! Traumatic. I had a repeat C-section with my second and then the recovery for that one was worse than the first. I nearly had heart failure which I actually blame on the Covid vaccine. Anyway, from what I was told after you have back to back C-section you can’t opt for a VBAC.
