- The Cut Bait Outfits we use when Surf Fishing for the Bluefish and Sharks! We use the Fin-nor Offshore 5500 with a 9'3" Tsunami Airwave Elite and a Daiwa BG 5000 with a 9' Tica TC2. Both outfits are not only able to catch Bluefish but will also catch the sharks that we hook when fishing for the Bluefish with cut bait! We mostly use cut whiting when fishing for the Bluefish and have found the Big Blacktip Sharks will actually grab the small pieces of cut bait! My wife has caught some impressive sharks with the Fin-Nor 5500 and the Tsunami Airwave Elite and I put the links to those videos under the Description along with a Big Blacktip Shark I caught on the Daiwa BG 5000 and our 9' Tica when we were using small pieces of cut whiting! My Wife also hooked into a Monster stingray with the BG 5000 and the 9' tica and I put the link for that video as well, Thanks for Watching!!

The BG 4000 and the 7’ Shimano Teramar will be going into action next summer, and I will do a video on it before our first trip with it. We just never had the conditions to be able to use the setup this year!

I’m a Native Floridian out of Hollywood and currently living in Orlando. I have been Visiting NSB for a week every summer since I was 5.
I’m 50 and struggling to catch anything. I Fish By the main Life guard tower about a mile from the jetty and I have only caught one 3’ spinner shark and some whites hear and there.
Are u all the way down to the south part of the beach?? I gotta know
We fish at the very southern end of NSB which is the Canaveral National Seashore Park. We started surf fishing in 2007 and have over 600 trips together but even with all that experience the east coast of Florida can be a very challenging place to surf fish! How is your bg 8000 still doing I know u fish it hard
We have 2 BG 8000 and the one with the yellow line gets the vast majority of use and we have had no problems with it. Our 2nd BG 8000 with the green line is going to be used more in 2023 simply because the line is much newer! Thanks again for Watching!!
