That place is not good for hitch hiking as inside the city police often makes problem for stopping cars. To hitch hike you have to come outside the city.
U can visit south India u can see variety of different foods temples heritage and culture especially Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Karnataka ,ap, Hyderabad it's amazing Kerala, munnar kochi, wayanad, Ooty, coimbatore, manglore, Gokarna, Coorg, Bangalore, Mysore, Alleppey, Udupi, Chennai, Karnataka, Kodaikanal

Men will more often offer a lift than cars with families . Also sometimes people doing long distance in india will have plans to stop over at their friends or relatives ...
