thanks for having these up online! I have two teenagers who, you know, consume a lot of my time and energy, as do seemingly endless mundane household tasks like dishes and laundry and dog walking . . . . so thanks very much for this convenience . . . Oh, mediation sometimes feels like time I have to steal, which, makes this time all the more valuable. Oh, I'm a better person / father / bus driver after I meditate a bit (usually) --go figure

i did this three times trying to get a different conclusion, but i keep arriving at a state in meditation where there's no space and no time. ironically, the absence of space is vast --and yet everything everywhere feels extremely immediate and close-- and the absence of time is also big, timeless. so, no time, no space: any thoughts? anyone else here??? oh, in this no time / no space void I'm feeling a great joy, and i wanna stay in that joy, but, alas, I bounce back to . . . ruminating thinking mundane thoughts

Maybe now the thing is to be aware of space while ruminating? Idk I'm no meditation teacher
