For everyone in the comments complaining, I know that it SEEMS like for towers like Tack and Bomb, more circular moas would make sense but remember the important factor of TRACK LENGTH. These maps ARE better than a circular track around the tower, because of track length. It's better to have a slightly worst map if the bloons have to travel much more

How come you didn't end up switching to the pierce crosspath on some towers that died to being pierce capped but did for others? You did it for the Permacharge but not something like The Tack Zone.
a lot of these maps were inefficient and suboptimal, FAR from perfect. any map where a tower is not capable of damaging bloons while they move around is instantly flawed. biggest example right from the start is the tack shooters and brittle. all they need is a circle wrapping them as much as possible so they always hit everything all the time as much as possible and theyre golden. no point in watching the rest of the video if its just going to be completely inaccurate :/

If it was a small circle, you would still have the same problem where the tower cannot damage all bloons due to lack of pierce, but now it's on a much shorter track where bloons can leak a lot faster. And let's not forget rounds like the 90s, where the entire track will be filled with bloons anyways so there won't ever be downtime, even if they aren't necessarily shooting the first bloon. But don't take it from me, watch how the BEZ did. Also the examples you gave are the absolute worst towers to argue your point, tack zone and brittle would still do poorly due to the reasons mentioned above and both maelstrom and inferno ring have attacks with infinite range.
Also garbage crosspath takes. There's an automatic assumption that damage is always the better crosspath, completely ignoring the strengths and weaknesses of the tower. Both permacharge and inferno ring are an example of this, and I reckon moab elim would have also done a lot better against groups with frags instead of +1 damage.
You did a big mistake on pirate lord because yeah you're using top crosspath it do more single target damage but bottom path gives more range and makes grapes have more pierce so they have i think 3 damage each+4 pierce is 12 dps + they're 4 grapes 48 dps main while 8 grapes with 1 pierce is 32 dps
That quick footnote on RBE (Red Bloon Equivalent) reminded me... There's actually more people that don't know what RBE means than you'd think.... Which is ironic given that it's kinda been a term since around BTD3... and it was even shown on screen in some other BTD games

You know you can stretch the track lines across the map edges, making more use of each track node, right? Could've been useful for the global range towers.
This is such a good video. It's fast paced allowing for people with low attention spans to enjoy it, it is very informational and teaches the viewer a few things about each t5 such as where an optimal placing would theoretically be and what their weakness is, it is entertaining, it is a long video allowing viewers to enjoy it for a long time, and is a great video to put on in the background while you draw, play games, or any other thing you might want to do while watching it. Hbomb, you did a really amazing job on this video and you deserve every like and view it gets. Keep up the great work!

Perfect doesnt indicates perfect layout for each tower, he tried to make them survive as long as possible. I didn't see a part where he choked, he explained everything and every decision. If youre here to complain about an hour long video who knows how much time and effort did it take him to make, go make yourself useful somewhere else
biggest one could beat 140 if macroed. solver could be placed at the center and probably also beat . pierce usage doesnt mean much, blobs left on a track does more than towers projectiles. the glue was wearing off at the half of the loop. tack zone and glaive lord shouldve been tested on circular track again. as for the glaive lord i doubt he could beat round 140, but for the tack zone this actually could be much more meaningful. however its hard to test it though, since mib inherits grow blocker upgrade which could affect regrow drastically.
All great points. I will be testing some of the towers more for their own Shorts. Also, I really debated microing the mortars, but I didn't want to lose due to a skill issue or have people argue I should micro the Heli/Ace/etc. if I do micro a monkey

for those who are complaining about tack placement - the reason why circular tracks was probably abandoned was not because those towers are better or worse - the main reason is GROW BLOCKER UPGRADE FROM VILLAGE that could actually affect some towers (tack zone probably could beat r76 easily on map like this if village affects half of the track or more)

SOTF was robbed. Vine rupture would’ve turned BADs to paste with that much overlap.
The overlap is purely cosmetic and does not effect the vines at all, so I’d be surprised if it effects vine rupture
@cringelord7776 overlaying vines don't affect the normal damage per tick, but the vine explosion does get affected.

54:16 you didn't use the explosion vines ability, by stacking many of vines on the overlapping track, it could have deal with the BADs
