Great video, brilliant! Added a lump sum to some etf's performing poorly, This past week has been slaughtering me, at this point I'm worn out worrying about the right etf's to buy.
DCA, get you cost per share lower….add more money to it while it’s in the red….its on sale. Personally I put down 1.5m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first huge break through with a liquid 200k. handed it to a trader here in FL, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. TSLY just filled a gap with this latest drop. I think it will start the assent now.
"yeah tsla i noticed that. good call. i think its going to move upward as well. there is a much lower gap that hasnt been filled yet also." can you share this Pro with me
@kevindavidson2291 the problem is, there is no accurate way to predict it. The same goes for price appreciation! The stocks may go up and may go down but trying to predict either is very challenging.
@@akaspencerdunbar This is true, it's very difficult to predict. If the QQQ keeps skyrocketing then no... but if it retracts or even is flat for an extended amount of time ETF's like these will certainly suffer from significant NAV erosion.
This is great. Couple things, they dont hold spy. They have a deep in the money spx call which they sell their daily’s on. It acts the same as holding the index. The calls are cash settled which is a nit picky correction. These funds are sick. Thanks for the video
@@akaspencerdunbarlove this comment that you responded to, and that you are paying attention. Polish up the research a touch more even if in the beginning a few less videos are published per month. Look at your accuracy as being your total returns. Your channel will snowball if we can recommend them to everyone including our moms. Having to watch with a grain of salt doest keep me from watching, but it does prevent me from sharing. Good luck and great returns!
Thats some very good information Eric. I will do that! Sometimes I make a mistake and sometimes I just say the wrong thing! Either way it's something I will continue to try and improve on. I appreciate the comment!
LoL I bought 1 share of XDTE ans 1 share of QDTE 2 months ago with Divs reinvested and am still negative...I'm going to give it some time but to drop $25k on an investment that will lose NAV isn't a good thing. When that 1 share goes positive then I'll have a base, until then projecting out 30 years is manicial.
That's a very good idea. I love doing that with stocks and then investing more after I like the performance! Yes 30 Yeats is crazy, this is not meant to be taken literally. Mostly to show the power of compounding if a fund can keep up these returns! Thanks for your comment James
@akaspencerdunbar really you could find ANY high yeild stock/fund and achieve remarkable results just running the numbers. Find one that's had a high yeild for 10 years lmk.
I have done a few that have solid histories like ADC and MAIN but much lower yields! These high yielding etfs are very new so time will have to tell if they are worth it
Low yield compared to many other funds and there is risk because we are not near 52 week or recent lows. Granted this is weekly paid, but current yields are inferior regardless of the 0dte option strategy. You also have overnight risk because we are long the underlying and there are no short hedge short calls to hedge.
26% is lower than others, but still very remarkable in my opinion. It all comes down to how important weekly dividends are to investors! Thanks for your comment 👍
Currently hold 700 qdte and increase weekly. I look at xdte and think I should but, I'm happy with Q. I am nav positive and bought extra in the dip. Enthusiastic video.👋
I invest in a tax exempt account so I don't worry about taxes. Nav erosion isn't something you can factor in, just like price appreciation so I don't try and predict either.

Yeah, Diana Leayani Lara use her name to look her up
I have heard other FAdvisor’s speak of her good works in the industry
Seeking alpha doesn’t calculate an accurate dividend yield until after one year of a stock being in existence. Thanks for the video.
That explains it! Thank you so much for letting me know.
i think a 50/50 split between SPY & XDTE would be interesting for a growth & income portfolio
Exactly! Could be a great way to make money both through dividends and price appreciation.
These etf's are made for the new type of investor. People about to retire and younger investors wanting to live off the market.
Exactly! I hope they keep coming out with more and more
You're not factoring in the *NAV EROSION* that you'll most assuredly get with QDTE and XDTE going forward over even a few years...

Definitely. If it drops these will follow and in my experience they perform worse in those situations!

Ah I see! That makes more sense. Super cool way of running an ETF! Thanks for the comment 👍

If it sounds too good to be true.......
Weekly pay isn't good enough. I want a daily dividend etf lol
I bet there will be one soon! Maybe hourly after that lol!
Has anyone considered investing in XDTE?
I've been eyeing it for its weekly dividend.
I think the yield is around 8% per annum, paid weekly.
I’ve been in it for a month now and lost $10
This is good information thank you!
7,500 Shares of XDTE ....and counting !!!
Currently hold 700 qdte and increase weekly. I look at xdte and think I should but, I'm happy with Q. I am nav positive and bought extra in the dip. Enthusiastic video.👋
I put some in my Roth IRA. Will add more later.
I'm planning on doing the same! Even if it's a little, I want those weekly payments!
Sorry bro , nothing grows at 26%
I wouldn't say nothing, especially as we've seen SPY up over 20% YTD. It is very hard to find something that can and these have not proven it yet!
A bit windy but got there

Xdte doesn’t hold shares of SPX.
@michaelfleisher2443 yes that's true! I misspoke on that point. Thank you!
Youre not factoring taxes on dividends and nav erosion

Can you do a review on ISPY?
Yes! I'll add it to my list. I've done a little research on this one before. Thanks for the recommendation!
Thank you.
Is there any more that pay weekly?
I'll do some research and see! I'm sure there are more. I have a video on QDTE if you haven't seen that one
