My father was a folk singer born in 1937, loved Kingston trio. One of the last things I showed him was you and Molly Tuttle singing Joni. He died the next day. I would assume happy. Thank you.
this old hippie always loved long hair on men and women..and I'm really enjoying the beards about these days. Lovely harmonies, very heartwarming..we will be needing our heart's warmed in 2017
Not sure I'm asking in the right place or the right person. But I have a couple that is requesting I use this song for their wedding film.. If anyone can point me in the right direction to where I could get proper permission, that would be wonderful!
A nice song, but such rustic costumes, long beards and perfect teeth somehow looks a little show-biz. We have seen it all before with Joan B. and Robert Zimmerman.
+John Weiner Don't ever let that cynicism and darkness of heart get in the way of your tiny worldview. You're missing a whole lot of great music (Mandolin Orange, Della Mae, Clare Lynch, et al). Beautiful young musicians who are living the life they love, straight teeth, bright smiles, who write pretty good songs. That that escapes you, tells me that you're nothing but a rigid old man that has long lost 'living life in the moment, seeing the light and love that it's out there. I'll be 64 in a few short weeks. I've seen Joan and Robert many times since the calendar turned 1970. I camp, I hike, I go to festivals where I live life, laugh and have joy in the mountains with folks just like Lindsay & the Flatbellys. Living life to the very end. Think about that one of these days once you stop muttering about perfect teeth and long beards (mine's getting there too now that I think about it) :-)
Kind of ironic...Your comment, misspellings, Lack of punctuation and proper grammar reminds me of one of those Idiots who lives online, trolling anonymously, looking for places to showcase their stupidity. lol

If you don't like this then you don't have ears.
John, your last name fits you well.
Those beards are like evolving pokemon
Great song well played.RHS beard could do with an extra metre or so though ;)
Not the shitty meanstream POP music we here today.
I'm not worth Lindsay's talent nor that dudes beard
