Dear customer. When u had rented the scooter we tell in detail. About our return policy. Its 6pm but we extend up to 7pm. As our service is not 24hrs. As we don't stay there. As we have office timeing. On call i can help you if have difficulties. All the rentals have the same time. In tivim. As we have 4 outlets in tivim.
Yes as you said you can extend till 7 pm but you told me that it's 200 rs charge for it. And when on the first day when I was at thivim station , I called and asked for 450 rs activa 4g that time you said yes it's available and when I reached in just 10 mins and asked at your office you said it's not available now and you have to take rs 500 activa 5g. So I had to take that. Only one request, Please take advance bookings on phone call with advance booking amount and also please try to give 24 hours service if you can as no one in thivim is providing such service. You can charge extra for night delivery return if you want because there are some trains which are late night. So it might help many of your customers. Just a small suggestion to support your business ❤️😊
@@sunmitdsouza Even i am looking to rent a scooty for 5 days from thivim without any disturbance of like returning it everyday at 6.00pm but there is no such option, I think?
@@akashmishra6845 hii, there is no option of returning everyday.. you can hire for 5 days continuously and return it on 6th day morning with same price.. there are lots of scooter rentals in thivim.. watch this video I have given few contacts.. you can check with them
