I would say it depends on disciplines. Harvard has legacy of making finest politicians and democrats. Princeton is hub of fields medal winners. Others have their own strengths. Being an engineer, I can say we need all sorts of raw talent in different fields for upholding the fast strides, the world is making now.

After all, these colleges are a result of some ambition and so what do you have to offer to this world?
