At the edge 95-96, what a blast. Loosing our minds, in the dance battles. The club was litt!!!! Nothing can come close to the hard rave scene in the 90's
So many great tunes to dance to. And this unadulterated power jam, as dark as it is funky, as groovy as it is simple, is my #1 of all time. All hail the Hard Love Dub! The energy release induced by this tune is incredible and sharing it with others was an absolutely unbeatable high.
yes suuuuuuuuuuuur this will forever be pressed in the heart and memory of all hardcore ravers of the early 90's.......one more dance somebody please put it together...we're older but we still got the gruuuuuuuuuuve! lol
Incredible how good this track was. The rest of the record was horrible. DJ Who and DJ Dan were the only DJ's back then that found this and rocked dancefloors. I feel super lucky to have lived in between Baltimore and SF at the time to hear this on huge systems at the time.
This is one of those mass mailed records that would be sent to every dj in the city record pools. The good dj's searched those piles for the magic that would found a few times a year, this remix is perfect example.
I plan to build a 90'z rave weekend somewhere someday...... Why can't we - they do it at the Global Gathering in Europe!!! (every year) If we love this music we need to make this happen.......
Huh, learn something new every day. heard this track a million times, I was a dj, but never had it. I liked it but never had it. It literally slipped under my radar. I never even asked who the track was by, lmao... But now I know.
This was the track back in the day for sure!! Odd question, anyone remember D Love and maybe how to get a hold of him? We threw a party with him in Ohio and he was such a cool dude to kick it with! Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Fuck yeah!! I'm 50..clubbed to this 89-91 Ahhhzz Orlando

I completely agree.!
The edge Orlando, fuck yeah but don't forget the Parthenon and Fantasy Ranch in Tampa!!!!
Nothing in the world could replace this feels by you described! I dance battled until I couldn’t breathe at times….my GOD what a time to be alive.
@@EricBishard also don’t forget about the Pleasure Dome in Tampa. Shit was LIT
Such a great track, the vocal chops are hypnotizing, 5am rolling deep in the club!
This song rocked the clubs on Ybor city in the 90's . Best time ever for late night scene! give me a time machine and i'll prove it!
I use to have this on vinyl. Bought it on a whim and loved it. The mid 90's produced some of the best breakbeat.
Absolutely the biggest destroyer of dancefloors..
One of the best of it's time and still better than any of the crap today.
You got that right.
doesn't even fucking compare

Not the only ones. Plenty of DJs in OKC and Dallas were rocking dancefloors with this back then.

Wow, this is a fucking classic.
I love record labels that don't have an email address or website on them.
Or just a white label with nothing whatsoever
Nice one , going to buy vinyl. For those who want something at the same level >>> Basco - The Beat Is Over (Everything Is Going To The Beat)
Making me break out the old dance moves lol
Laying it down ! Nuff said
Upon my second hearing at the Hac I was knocking on the DJ door and asking Tommy Wainwright what is that fucking tune called.
