Inquiry Workflows in Dubsado - which one is right for you?

Hi Ema! Thank you for this amazing video - it's super helpful! I am new to Dubsado and have been using Acuity Scheduler (and prefer it)...do you know if I could use the lead capture form + book a call and incorporate my Acuity Scheduler?

If you want to continue using Acuity vs Dubsados scheduler, you can do the following:
- when they fill out the lead capture, send them an email with a link to your Acuity scheduler to book a call.
OR
- add the acuity scheduler link as a redirect link when the lead capture is submitted.
The only issue is that Acuity will require a form as well, even if it's only their name and email. So it might be a bit redundant.
The other option is to use Acuity, and then use Zapier to send the information to Dubsado. So anytime someone books a call in Acuity (or certain calls), Zapier can take that information and create a new client/project in Dubsado for you.

@@emakatiraee thank you so much💜!!! This is incredibly helpful and you were so quick to reply. I will go with option C...use Acuity as the form and create a Zap to send the information to Dubsado. Would love to use Dubsado scheduler but I also have events so I need multiple ppl to be able to sign up for an event and Dubsado scheduler can't do that one. Thank you again SO much💜
