2003 Ford Ranger Engine Head Removal

I removed the engine head because I was having low compression on one of my cylinders causing my engine to shake at idle. After verifying it was not piston causing the low compression it was time to take out the head. Please enjoy the video and I hope it helps anyone else looking to do this job.
