Hey brother. Have you looked at E flat flat or 432 hz versus 440 E ?? 432 is easier on the strings and stays in tune forever. 432 E is much easier on the human body as well!! A lot of older channels show the difference between the two. And I am a Christian and it's hard to get people to believe how healthy it is!! Love you brother

If you need a practice amp small enough to fit on a shelf, the Spark is great. But if you don’t mind a slightly larger practice amp, I highly recommend the Fender GTX50. For only $80 more than the Spark, you get a lot more. The GTX50 has a far more powerful and clear 12” celestion speaker, rather than the small 4” speakers in the Spark. Also, since the GTX is made by Fender, their tone cloud has way more options, including some of the actual artists uploading the profiles they use on their songs, rather than just profiles created by some one guessing what the artist used. For example, Joe Bonamassa and Gary Clark Jr have uploaded their own profiles to the Fender tone cloud. Additionally, the GTX50 has some useful features that the Spark is missing, such as a spring reverb pedal, a looper, a foot switch jack, XLR outputs, and effects loop jack, etc. The Spark also forces you to always have delay and reverb after the amp, and overdrive and compression before the amp. But the GTX lets you put any pedal in any position in the chain that you want. But the biggest difference of all is that the GTX has an on amp display, so you can adjust any pedal setting right on the amp itself, without having to use the ipad app if you don’t want to. The Spark requires you to always use the app to adjust pedals.

But the GTX may be the last amp I buy. The sounds and user interface are great. I don’t know why I would ever need anything else. It’s not portable, although not really heavy. It’s more amp than I’ll ever need. I keep it turned up 1/3 of the way, cause it’s loud, and my neighbors are old.(probably Alan’s age). I’d love to see the GTX format on a 15 or 20 watt. Maybe even smaller. It would be perfect for home use, kinda like The Spark. 🤷♂️

Your comments about Tony Iommi couldn't be further from the truth. True, he suffered a tragedy where some of his finger were severed (at work) but he made extensions and plays quite well considering. He NEVER played a BC Rich nor a super Strat. To suggest he might play a super Strat is ludicrous. The closest he came was his Floyd-ed SG. Your joke about number fret markers and the missing fingers was lame. Stick to gear reviews.

I think I was still micing it up back then. SM57 on the grill straight into Cubase
