Love the shots! If history could talk these old buildings would tell great stories. The food looked delicious. What a dad! Taking smoked Mac & cheese home to your daughter to a very lucky daughter. Thanks for taking us along. Always nice to visit. Xo ❤
Before I even looked at the comments, I had the foggy railroad bridge as one of my favorite photos from your trip, and I see that it was one of Phils favorites too. The picture of the food just outside of the BBQ looked pretty darn good too. Looks like you two had fun getting out and about, bouncing off each other with your cameras, it was a fun video to watch.
What a cute black truck! Looks like a fun adventure- loved the old mail box. There are recipes online for the smoked mac&cheeze...if your daughter wants them.
I love the kind of pictures you take! I don't eat beef, but I will go with you next ( you asked). That would be awesome. Come to Maryland, there are great old constructions to photograph here, too!
Clinton Railroad Bridge was definitely a standout photo. Lots of great small towns here in Appalachia for photo walks. I feel your pain on the battery. Thought you recovered well with the phone photos. USB C charging ability on modern mirrorless cameras has saved my bacon in the car many times over the past few years! Come a little further east and hit Morristown, Rogersville, Cumberland Gap, Kingsport, Jonesborough, Newport, Sevierville, Erwin - lots of great spots!
Yes, I could tell you were really enjoying the photography and video. I enjoyed your last city tour photos. I think one of my favorite photos was at the railroad track. If I were closer, I'd take that offer on joining you on your next photo tour. Definitely more fun with someone who enjoys the same thing. I've been telling myself that I need to do more as well. Fall is in our midst. Always look forward to the seasons' sights and sounds.
Nice video! I don’t do this sort thing enough. I’ll be retiring in 2 weeks and this is the sort of thing I want to do. How do you select the towns you choose to visit? Any research or do you just wing it?
I did some research about Rocky Top. I was intrigued that it is a place we sing about in our state. :). The rest came from talking with Ron. And yes. Canon’s do go to sleep. But my battery was about done anyway. I was trying to make it last. But it didn’t.
@@TimChilders Cool! Really nice work! As a Dawg it’s not one of my favorite songs as you might imagine. 😉😜 I thought so on the Canon. And I’ve forgotten so many different items heading out to shoot it’s hard to count. 🤦♂️
If you ever want a walking tour of Charleston SC. I’ll be happy to give you a blind leading the blind historical tour of the holy city😂. I know just enough of this city’s history to be dangerous. After all, I’ve only lived here 23 years. That’s not a lot of time to learn its history. Keep forgetting that SC was one of the original 13 colonies. Since you like churches, you’d love the city.
That fog was great in Cades Cove.

I love the picture with the colourful doors.
same here!
You made a lot of interesting pictures, but the foggy railroad bridge was definitely my favorite.
That was my favorite, too! Why are you watching UA-cam today?!? 😂
Enjoyed your video thanks for posting 👍

Love the Chase Drugs picture and your little adventure.

The train bridge was my favorite from the day.
You my have inspired me to take out my old Canon Rebel XT🤫
Go for it!!!
I always think of the Bates family when I hear Rocky Top/Clinton TN. I want to visit the area because of them.
Windows, disposal of American flags, Old truck in grass. You are too funny taste testing! Joan
I'd definitely go with you next time if it weren't for the issue of several hundred miles. Looks like a fun outing.
😂
Did I see a TAB bottle? Love the white boarders as well. Very cool video I loved it! And I almost forgot the sound effects.
Do you post any of your pictures on Shutterstock? Does it still exist?
I tried it for a short period. But not in a long while. I think I made 25 cents.

Also, do Canon’s not go to sleep after a set time if you leave them on? My Sony’s have that feature and it has saved me more than a few times.

I’ve been there. Charleston and Savannah are two of my favorite coastal towns! If I make it back soon we’ll have to get together!
