Thank you so much fot the video... what if we use IPL without filter? (so I think the output is 400 - 1200nm) Do you think there will be big difference compared with using 430 filter? Thank you
Probably not much difference! However, there may be quite a lot of energy in those 30nm and, being blue, these are highly energetic photons. They could result in stimulating the melanocytes resulting in a darkening of the skin. So, be careful!!
Hi I have an IPL device with 470nm-1100nm, I bought it for hair removal but after watching this I'm wondering and hoping it could be used in other ways too. The device has 6 intensities - I don't know if these change the nm range or if they work another way. Could the nm range be changed this way or would it need glass filters?
This is an excellent video. Very educational!
Very helpful video many thanks 💖
V helpfull
Thank You so much for this video!! I am studying dermal therapies and this video is extremely helpful!!
Glad it was helpful!

Hi Lydia. Did you contact me recently about coming to Glasgow for the MasterClass?
@@laser-guys hi, no I didn't - it must be another Lydia! Thank you for your reply! What do you think regarding my question?
Hi Lydia,
My apologies! What do you mean by "intensities"? DO you have filters too?
@@laser-guys no, the company told me the button changes the intensity of the nm but no physical filters
