I was a GATE aspurant last year, and believe me, I deactivated my fb account for 1.5 yrs, only used whatsapp and youtube. This year, again I have reopened FB after admission to IISc and omg, I have been more addicted to it that ever before. This video was indeed helpful for me
It is true I was the topper in my college and my school Earning 99 percentage But after my college degree I decided to skip my medical studies for an year and enjoy my life and find a job But now my condition is very bad My family hates me I haven't left my home for past few months for any trip I haven't found a job yet Just because my screen time is 16 hours average I am indulged into social media and video games But slowly I have been working on myself and reduced it to 10 hours I hope I'll take it down to 2 hours as before

The thing is I have to study for an examination and the entire content is on UA-cam itself,I follow phone free zone but a bit differently - I sit on my study table and make sure I am not watching reels/scrolling mindlessly but oh how I wish I could reduce this screen time ! :( I use my phone to even track study hours but yes,focus mode works the best,I agree !

Iam a student how's preparing for NEET ug from UA-cam the trick i follow is i hide all the social media apps from hide apps i set daily targets and i say my mind that i will unhide and use the apps after I've completed all my day targets and i will again hide those apps before i go to sleep ( i think this may help the students who are studying from mobile ) 🙂🙂

My main problem is UA-cam Addiction. I am not on threads,Instagram,Twitter and anything else. I literally have no one to talk on WhatsApp as well. But UA-cam Man, many times I binge it for 3+ hours. My phone screen time is less than 30 mins a day but All my watching is done on pc. Can you suggest me some ways to curb this and how should I track my screen time and block websites.

Iam a student how's preparing for NEET ug from UA-cam the trick i follow is i hide all the social media apps from hide apps i set daily targets and i say my mind that i will unhide and use the apps after I've completed all my day targets and i will again hide those apps before i go to sleep ( i think this may help the students who are studying from mobile ) 🙂🙂

One day i used my phone for too and and after soo long i realised i am using my phone from like 5 to 6 hours and i got angry on myself 🥲 so i throw my phone in the floor 😭😭😭 after that i studied for 3-4 hours and take back my phone from floor. I saw that my phone display is broke🥲🥲 now i am using duplicate display 😭😭😭
