2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Review- Aging Looks, Still Delivers

I rented this 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hertz. I was impressed with the amount of features this Jeep included. I cover some features, the interior space, trunk space, and test drive with performance. Let me know what you think.

I would say "aging well". I know it's considered an old platform, but it was a great platform to begin with. My 2015 is as tight and twist free as the day I bought it. The interior is showing it's design age (not wear age), but the exterior still gets me thumbs up. I'm really hoping the new design doesn't stray too far from this and that the camo covering the leaked images of the new one is making the front overhang larger than it is. The short bumper to wheel well ratio is one of the things I love about the current generation.

Really honest review, that's what I like. Agree w/ horse power 320 for that heavy suv would have been good, also for a 2019 should have been standard led headlights, come on Jeep?

@@eddiemcars I've tested the CX-5. Great power and the torque is instant at 301lb-ft. I'm set to test drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee on Friday as well

Yes it’s Quadra-trac I 4WD. This model didn’t have Quadra-trac II 4WD with the terrain modes and low range.

So if it doesn’t have the 4WD “dial” thingy, how do you put it into 4WD?? I noticed I’ve been looking at a lot of these GC altitudes and the description says 4x4 but no “dial”

@@alef6122 I have the altitude and it’s awd QTI NOT 4WD QTII there’s a difference which is why there is no dial u need to upgrade to QTII you r limited to off road use this is one of my regrets I should have gotten the QTII

It was an AWD. I didn’t have the option to change it out of 4wd or a low range.
