When Corley left Dynasty, I fell in love with Jeff Colby, and remained "in love" until I was 17. All this sounds so silly now, but this motivated me to learn English ha ha

Notice Sable wasn't seen or referenced , she wasn't In The Reunion , didnt show up in Cat Fights & Caviar, and wasn't seen or mentioned in one of them behind the scenes tv movies. I forget the name on that show but Alice Craig played Alexis and Bartholomew John played Blake.
Here's info on the house, it's close to where I live. Filoli Gardens is located in Woodside, California. This gorgeous mansion and its beautiful gardens are only about a 30 minutes drive from San Francisco
New board members came to work to ABC and they felt the show had run its coarse, so the new people at ABC, canceled the show. The new board members did not, made it clear they wanted Aaron Spelling nothing to with him any more and wanted no more of his shows on their network. But in 1991 the new board of directors allowed a 1991 reunion of Dynasty, after that they wanted nothing to do with the show anymore. That is why I think that is why the 2006 the last reunion was shown on CBS. I still today in 2017 ABC network really cares about that show. Sad thing for ABC treating one of their successful shows like that.
The greatest, damning mistake this show made was replacing Pamela Sue Martin (cuz her acting was genuine). Dynasty had Catherine Oxenberg and Diane Carrol. But the producers were greedy and destroyed the show. Future tv producers take note.

Dynasty was always the poor man's DALLAS. There's no question about what the SUPERIOR show always was starting with the opening, the actors, the characters, the scripts, just everything. Dynasty was no.1 for a single year ONLY while DALLAS was the number 1 show in the US and the world for years and years and years. Dynasty was just a novelty that had A woman JR with clothes and jewelery, no substance, just facade and bad, so bad scripts. And they topped it off with aliens, lmao. Meanwhile DALLAS still holds up and always will because it was quality 100%!
I never really liked Dallas as much as I liked Dynasty and its characters. I was only 10 when Dynasty started airing and I watched it loyally until the end. Later, I also watched Dallas, but somehow, it never made me as anxious as Dynasty did.
