Excellent discussion. I agree with Haider Bhai on most issues, The army leadership and Supreme Judiciary is 100% involved in corruption. They are educated in America or London and they invest their ill-gotten funds there too. The true Azadi will come when change will be needed from within these organisations. They don't read any history at all. My late father-in-law who was a retired Col, in the Pakistan army, was surprised how I knew so much about Hitler, Churchill and second world war etc. When I asked him did he had not read any books when he became a Col. Surprisingly, he said you don't need books but you need to be a sub-servant of the leadership.

Unfortunately Pakistan is controlled by a militarized mafia controlling the legal system and civil bureaucracy where the root cause of absolute oppression of the masses stems from a handful of army generals and the magnitude of their corruption can not be quantified or spoken about.
History has seen the end result of such policies in the form of revolutions that annihilated the so called ruling elite in a very brutal way one example is Iran.
Looking at the current situation in Pakstan it seems like no one has learned any lesson from the fall of Dhaka.
For the people of Pakistan the ultimate struggle is eliminate corruption at all levels starting from the very poor to the very rich.

There is difference some movement were sponsored by establishment like initiated against Z.A.Bhutto's regime and even foreign hands were involved. Yes against Zia dictatorship it was a movement started by masses. I and my family were part of it and suffered mental and physical torture for years. So we must differentiate between movement of people of Pakistan and movement sponsored by foreign masters and establishment so that people could know the real prospective behind every movement. Now how Imran Khan has been ousted a glaring example of how foreign hands in connivance with our establishment and corrupt mafia converted a majority party into minority in national assembly and created anarchy in Pakistan. Youth is desperate to see a qualitative change in Pakistan and all their hopes and trust lies on Imran Khan and it is very much visible the mammoth gathering all over Pakistan in support of Imran Khan. So wait and see how this movement finishes. We can hope for the best.
