- In May of 1791, this wooded area became the site of an unspeakable act. A massacre that is said to still haunt these woods to this day. Today, we will explore the area where the Crow sisters lost their lives to see if the rumors are true... Are these woods haunted?
The Crow family has owned this land for generations, and the crow family has known tragedy for many many years. None of them were quite as shocking as the events of May 1791. On May 1 1791, the Crow sisters were visiting a family friend when they were attacked by a group of Native Americans and a white man believed to be William Spicer. The girls were taken captive for only moments before the men decided they were going to kill them. The 4 girls between the ages of 10 and 16 were attacked wit tomahawks, brutalized and massacred. Only one of the 4 girls was able to escape and make her way home to alert her family of the attack. In the end, the girls were memorialized on the rock from which their attackers were hiding. Their names are still carved into the rock to this day. The land is stained with the blood of the tragedy that has left a haunting mark on this land. It is believed that some who venture into the woods by themselves have come into contact with the ghosts of the Crow sisters. The story of hauntings have made the area infamous among locals because so many have had what they think are paranormal experiences. The screams of the girls are said to still echo through the trees to this day. Shadows and dark figures are also seen that people have speculated to be the spirits of Spicer and the Natives. We're not sure if this place is truly haunted, but there is only one way to find out.

Thank you all so much for supporting these shorter investigation videos while we are in Australia! The full length episodes will be returning VERY SOON when we get home! 👻
We will always support you guys
They don't allow night time investigating?
This was a great episode, haunted or not. Just like Ryan was saying, it was an awesome history lesson, learning about those 3 young girls, murdered, and what a beautiful area. So sad. As an empath, as soon as you said the name Spicer, it struck me hard. He was an exmilitary person I feel, a bad man, greedy man. I'm going to look up more info on him. Anyway, I will always support you guys and love our paranormal family. The MODS are always great and you guys work hard at trying to bring us great content. I'm a history buff anyways so win-win for me!! Love you and have fun in Australia 🦘🌏!!!!!
Of course we all support you! Thank you Connor for working on these videos. I'm sure you all are having a wonderful time in Australia! I hope it didn't rain the whole time you were there. You all are so awesome and amazing. Love to All
Paranormal activity or not, this was still a great episode. I feel so sorry for those girls who lost their lives there all those years ago. I'm sure the Crow sisters are very thankful to you and Dave for sharing their story. Even if they don't necessarily understand how you would do that. Thanks for another great episode. I hope you guys are enjoying Australia 🇦🇺 😊 Even though the weather hasn't been too great lately! ⛈️🌧☔️ Stay safe 🙂🖤👻
I lived in Green County, I know Tina Crow she is a descendent of the Crow Family. Tina told me this story. So sad. I’ve been to the rock it is really scary. Sorta creepy. My friend Tina was named after Christina and Tina has two daughters, she named them after the other two Crow sisters
I just found out recently that Christina "Tena" Crow is my 6th great grandmother. Then learned of this story and Crow Rock. It's mind boggling to think if she had not survived the attack, I would not be here right now. Tell your friend Tina I say hello from a distant relative.
Great episode PQ. And a huge thanks to Connor for editing them while you guys are traveling. No matter if the episode is long or short, filled with activity or nothing but history it's the fact that you guys keep it real and genuine. I appreciate all your hard work, traveling, and time. And I hope you are having a blast in Australia. Much love guys
Well said Carissa! 😉
Thanks so much Conner! We appreciate helping out Ryan and Dave while they are abroad!
Sadly where ever we live and trails we hit, even more so folks living on these lands and new houses being built all over the world, gots bloody history. When i do walk hikes etc i always wonder what was here, what was removed, & what could have happened here. Sad Physco's are still breathing!
Great vlog guys.🤘
Well our family has kept the land in our names and left everything as is, besides the old bridge across the creek that y’all wouldn’t know about. Had to be taken down after all the partying.
I like to believe that there is no language barrier on the other side, and they can understand us no matter the language we speak 😊 yet, such a tragic story; I pray they’ve moved on. Thanks to Connor for bringing us this edit, and I hope the PQ Boys are staying safe down under 🇦🇺
Even though you guys don't always give us a full history lesson with each video, it is the history I find most fulfilling about these shows. It gives us a depth to the building, area, etc.
Not everything you said is correct, but I appreciate you continuing to support my family and keep the Crow name going. I’m 7th generation Crow sister, Elizabeth Crow.
@@betsywhite444 Hi Betsy, I hope you get this, I am very interested in this time period and the massacres that occurred in this area. Especially the CROW family.would it be possible to reach out to you to discuss someday? Thank you so much
Thanks Connor for putting these little videos together for PQ! Also would like to say that even though no activity was captured; You guys just showed me a piece of history I knew nothing about and because I have always been a history buff I am very appreciative for that!!!! Safe travels guys and I can’t wait to see the new content!!!!
Thank you guys for going above and beyond and looking after your fans whilst you are away in Oz. Connor big shout out to you for helping the guys out, you also went above and beyond for your mates.
Thank you Conner for your help with paranormal Quest! We love the episodes so much thank you 😊 ❤
Great work thanks again Connor ❤️
Thanks Conner for editing for Ryan and Dave. I watch every video you guys put out
I really enjoyed hearing about the history of those poor little girls. I love that you share info regarding all the places you visit. I love all of your videos whether they are long or short. It’s odd that you guys are in Oz in Amy’s Crypt country & Amy & Jarrod are on your turf. Connor, you’re a star for doing all the hard work editing the videos so that we can continue to enjoy weekly videos. He’s a diamond geezer.
I hope Jason pops in soon! Sure miss my BUDDY😊😊😊
Yeah they all need to do one together again soon!
Thanks Connor for helping out, these shorter episodes are still very interesting 💕💕
Beautiful place and horrible tragedy! Thanks PQ and thanks Connor✌🏼💜⭐️
Thank you Connor for editing the video for us all to watch
Such a beautiful location with a horrific and tragic history.
Fantastic job on the editing Connor
At 8:20 right after you-Ryan- say " crow " there is the fastest black bird? It goes by you so fast that I almost missed it and I can't get it to slow down enough to actually see what that black object is that zooms by so quickly. Great show guys, thanks for taking us there.
Awesome video guys 👍👍👍👍 I agree Ryan seems very creepy yet ominous at the same time, I would think during the night definitely be scary, with the residual haunting.
What an horrific tragedy the Crow Sisters suffered. Thank you Connor for editing this episode, I have read your book by the way. Thank you Ryan and Dave for all your efforts. I am enjoying these shorter episodes. Take care and stay safe!
I was notified, thanks Connor! And it was a great episode
This is such a sad story, I hope the girls have moved on! Thank you Connor for editing and thanks guys for your all your hard work!
The children moved on right after they were murdered..
The sad thing is, their talking to demons.......
To much bull on the internet has people believing in things that are not true wake up
What a beautiful place with such a terrible past. Great editing Connor! Much love and blessings to you all! ❤
Big thanks to Conner. Learning the history behind your episodes is awesome.. This is very important I feel and really appreciate the time and effort. Big huge shot out.
Christina is a relative on my Grandmother’s side. I had heard the story of her escape but so enjoyed seeing the location and hearing more! Thank you!
I just found out Christina Crow is my 6th great grandmother recently, then learned of this story and their history. Crazy. Well anyways, hello from a distant relative lol
What a sad and tragic story of the sisters being murdered in such a horrific way. Truly very sad. It's a beautiful spot too. The river looks shallow enough and is probably a little warmer in the summer. I live on the Olympic Peninsula in WA state and the water in our creeks and rivers comes out of the Olympic Mountains so it's almost always cold water. In the spring and summer some of it comes from old glaciers in the mountains. Very cold! But it's clear and beautiful. 💖👻 Stay safe!
Thanks Conner for all your hard work!
This is what I'm watching now before the premier. Love this place!
I really liked this episode. Thanks guys for your good work. I love watching you every week. You are a tight-knit team.
THANK YOU, Connor Biddle~! The video clarity is outstanding. Ryan and Dave, am looking forward to seeing the phenomena you two discovered over in Adelaide. Safe travels!!!
You guys are one of the best Paranormal teams out their!!! I really love you're videos......great job and respectfulness
Great episode, guys! Long or short, your investigations are top-notch. Special thanks to Connor for filling in so well with the editing. One final thing...even if your investigation had zero activity, it would still be worth watching. You guys do an excellent job researching the location and Ryan is a fantastic story-teller.
So sad . Bless these girls . Very interesting piece of history. I wonder wether their graves are still on the property, and any idea what became of the sister who survived.
Thank you Connor, Dave and Ryan.. I love history, and you guys do an amazing job, bringing these stories to me and everyone else as well. Thank you so much. Stay safe, see you on the next one.
Just love you guys. I am thankful you understand that not every place is haunted and most of the time it is right time right place. Yes some of us do move spirit on if we happen across them as it’s the right thing to do, however, some, very few thankfully, get pissed if you do. I am thankful that you two have such great respect for the ones passed. Love from Australia as usual ❤ Also, thanks for all your constant efforts for all of us x
Great episode guys!! What a tragic story. The Crow sisters. RIP Sisters Crow.
How very sad this episode is. As usual you guys did a great job. Thank you Connor for the awesome edit.
Another awesome video guys! I love that you guys are so honest with your work & what you capture. Stay safe always! I love you guys!
Thanks connor! Good show, you're the best!
Wow what a horrifying sad story! But unfortunately in them days, children were used to get truths, because they will tell truths, and use them to get to others! As innocent as they are!! Was glued to this one guys!! Good job!! And yes, not every location is active regardless of the events that occur.
Hope you are having fun in Australia! Looking forward to you getting back and full length videos. Thank you Connor tho for editing these in the meantime. Its very much appreciated! ☮🖤👻
Thanks for another great video, guys. And thanks for helping with the editing Conner. Great Job!!Have fun but be safe in The land down under........ and have a safe journey back home.
Really liked that video it's lovely how you can tell there story as awful as it was but I hope that they are at peace now ❤🇨🇮🇨🇮
Such beautiful scenery! It almost seems like the spirits there weren't strong enough to fully communicate or maybe the young girls are just afraid of men. Very sad history. Such young girls and their lives were ended in such a tragic way. I pray they are at peace as you said. Such a beautiful memorial! Thank you guys so much for posting this despite the fact y'all really didn't catch any evidence. Such a beautiful video!
The historical aspect is was lead me to find your channel. Enjoy each of your videos. Hope y'all are having a wonderful time in Australia.
Thank you Connor for all your hard work, and the boys for their continued ghost hunting episodes x
Huge thank you to Connor! Def. enjoying the videos, no matter how long or short! Also, one of the reasons I keep watching every episode is because you're not always catching 'activity' and that is very much okay. Even makes it more legit for me. I was a bit surprised with the comment/question you mentioned. I enjoy your interaction with each other, with the environment, with the spirits if any. You guys do it with so much grace and respect. Safe travels in Australia! Hello from Belgium :)
i think sometimes the history is interesting by itself thanks guys x
Thanks! Sorry I missed the live!!
Thank you for sharing this video and allowing us to learn about this horrific tragedy..till next time.peace..
Thank u, Connor!
The history of this place is amazing. Ryan you address the spirits in the most mindful and eloquent way. You and Dave did a great sharing this families history. I hope Australia is going well!
You guys are the very best. Deep positivity and earnest communication with the best in humanity
Paranormal Quest and Paranormal Nightmare (Fourman Brothers) are the only 2 teams of Paranormal Investigators I watch on UA-cam.
Thanks Connor! Be safe PQ, come home safely!
Those music box's are great. Spirits probably miss music so they get a kick out of hearing it, plus controlling it.
Great video. I looked online and could not find out what happened to Spicer. I hope justice was served.
Loved learning about this area. History is so important. People need to remember where / who and what we come from. I hope you made it to Queensland Australia. We have serious haunts
When you asked them to talk, I heard a 'hello', and then you asked their name and I heard 'Spicer' as two syllables; like Spice-er! Sent cold chills up my spine!
Looking forward my friends 👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻thx Connor.😎👍👍👍
Thank ya'll for educating me with th places u go n how u make contact with th spirits... Keep on Keeping on...
Seen you on Amy's Crupt, good that someone has moved on those young souls to be reunited with their family and no longer afraid.
What a very sad story thank you Connor for getting this video out hope ye guys are having a great time in Australia stay safe best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪
Love this Vid, the Story about this Rock. Of course so sad. I hope the girls rest in Peace with the Family.🐼
Thank you Conner!!
Awesome job Conner!!!
Thanks Connor I’ve subscribed to you . This is a beautiful but sad one . What a location !
Watching this on 23rd April 23' , whilst waiting for the premiere with Amy's Crypt at 2.45am (it's still over 4 hours away, I hope I can stay awake 😅)
The level of respect that both Ryan and Dave show, the empathy is obvious for the spirits in this location. It's truly admirable and I hope the spirits feel the love too 🤘😇🤘
Love from Perth Australia 🤘 🌻 🦘
Your more smaller videos are equally interesting and valuable. This one in particular, the history is peculiar...
Very cool keep lighting the path way
The girls are still there in the beginning of the video you got the word frightened, think about it they would be very fearful of anything or anyone after such a traumatic event. Later on Ryan is on the rock when you go back a 2nd time and he is asking about life after death and how people want to know well the spirit box clear as day was a young girls voice saying the word Different that was freaking amazing when my daughter and me asked her father when he passed and was on the other side he said to us the same thing he said Different for sure so you guys captured a very intelligent response to a specific question WTG!!
Kept hearing Spicer said in a deep gruff voice repeatedly just after the young girls voice. But Ryan, I’m surprised you didn’t try and reassure her when she said frightened just before that….must have been because Spicer was near. Think the Native Indians tried to talk too just prior to spicer, but you couldn’t understand what they said. You both did really well getting such responses as you did!! Being near water is supposed to help spirits too. Thankyou Connor for saving the day editing! Great stuff all of you. 🙋♀️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💕🙏🦋
I’ll be doing a 5km Walk For Prems (Premature babies) in Brisbane when this airs so I’m looking forward to watching after!! Hope you guys are having a great time here in Oz!! . Love from Australia 🇦🇺💖💖
May you be blessed with strenght friend.
@@poppabearskitchen1769 Thank you 😊
Great job Conner!
Love the outdoor locations! Full of history, mystery and beauty. Thank you Connor for the great editing.
Thunderstorm outside, bowl of popcorn, im ready to watch this episode 😊 thanks Connor for helping bring this to us, you're amazing and so is the PQ team!!
Thank you so much Connor for editing this video! I sure love this. Well it was a very interesting video. Y'all ain't gotta catch any paranormal activity. Y'all are just so handsome and brave and I do get a kick out of watching Dave run from them sprickets!! He's hilarious. No but seriously the paranormal most times don't answer when you ask them to and if they do then I think that a person has a gift that the spirit is attracted to. Maybe a place stays active residually. There are all kinds of reasons you do or you don't get activity but it does happen! Thank y'all for another great night to see into the paranormal!! Can't wait for next time!!👻😈
We won't forget you guys, you're awesome...and welcome to Australia, hope you are receiving our well known Aussie hospitality ❤
Super interesting guys! Thank you!
Awesome as always guys!
Thanks Connor so much be safe travels
Great episode guys! Can't wait to see the videos from Australia! There are some wonderful places to investigate there, and I'm excited to see where you went and what happened!!
Just love that you guys put your heart into everything! We could never forget you! Enjoy your time and tell Amy hello
Another premiere I missed today 😫 watching it now
Thank you Conner
Hey Guys!
As always a beautiful location, but a very tragic story! Truly unfortunate! I also agree with Dave about the spirits that may have had help moving on!
Bc I didn't get that feeling either!
Thank you guys for still showing us the reality of True paranormal investigation!!
Great job guys!
Tysm...
Activity or not I find it interesting AND I love your episodes. ❣
We will definitely keep on supporting you guys! It doesn't matter if the investigations are short or long, we know that they'll be awesome!
Thank you so much for these videos. Can't get something on every investigation. You guys already have a great track record. Stay safe
You both couldn't hear the woman I heard her in your video saying I'm here the energy of the tragedy is still there and you have a male spirit holding these women back from talking to you. Love and light to you both 😊
Conner, you have done a great job on these videos for PQ. It makes me so happy to see folks working together!! That's why I love you and India as well.
Dave and Ryan, I truly hope you are both having an incredible time!
Such a horrible piece of history, so sad. Keeping history alive is so important
Wow!!!!! I loved the scenery!!! It's beautiful!! You should do more some outdoor investigations!!!! Good job boys!!!!! Love you both!!!!!
But the story was so horrific! It's so gruesome!!!
Interesting story bye Ryan and Dave
This looks awesome guys! I can not freaking wait!
Awesome Investigation Ryan & Dave 👻🙌Poor Girls 😢
Another awesome episode ❤️
What an amazing place, I love places like this. With a history behind it and you can feel what happend there. When I saw this I felt a sadness that was a little surprising to get through the tv, I usually get this kind of feelings when I visit different places but there is a first time for everything I guess.
Love you guys Dave and Ryan your channel is the best I watch you always cannot wait to see th Australian uploads wish you would come to England one day I hope . Be safe see you guys soon your biggest fan sarah from England ❤️❤️❤️
