    The rifle arrived today and I dialed in the scope just a couple hours ago ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxQt2uORDRfFOVSrO4idv4B90ThT6EOnEL . I haven’t shot with a scope in probably 25 years. The X on the left was my target. (the shot almost in the bullseye on the right X was my father in laws first shot after I made adjustments) The two shots circled are my first 2 shots. Then I brought it down - shot once. Then brought it over to the left. From there zeroed it in to dead center. This all was from 25 yards out. Follow instructions carefully when mounting the scope. So far I'm very happy with the purchase.

      I'm new to this, got a bad fox issue, what's the easiest way to install scope closer to end or up further. Like I mean new to pcps, how do I adjust scope and anust properly. I had no instructions in the box just the basic manual in English a d French I think. Thank u for your time.

    The Airgun Alley budget is clearly increasing. 5 water cans, 5 watermelons, 5 spaghetti boxes, Airsaber Arrow Riffle, PCP compressor. 👍
    Thank you for this video increased in natural sets. Happy birthday and congratulations for the success of the channel 👏👏

    Awesome shooting location. I’ve seen some areas along Alligator alley but usually they are for service vehicles only. You found a good spot. Happy 1-year anniversary! Looking forward to Miami again very soon.

    • @AirgunAlley
      @AirgunAlley  2 роки тому +1

      What you don’t see in this video is me being locked in the area once I tried to leave. Turns out it was a gated road, and the gate was closed at sunset.
      I had to call the sheriff’s office who sent a firetruck to get me out ahahaha
      Anyway, problem solved. Spoke to some friends from Water Management and they suggest a good spot. Hahaha but that night was surely an adventure :)
      Looking forward to having you in Miami and hopefully my real job (which I’m starting back in Monday) will give us time to meet!

    Briliant. What a beast. Now that you have an air compressor you can use HPA on your LL markers! Try HPA with a 1100psi regulator, a Gog on/off ASA and the direct attach adaptor from MCS so that you can use the HPA tank as an grip extention like DK Spencer. I have mine HDR50 and HDR68 set up like this and it's freaking awesome at 50+ joules!!!! Can't wait to see future videos. Congrats on 1 year and over 8K subs. Great channel.

    Arrow hunting and bp rifles always have my interest because of the 1 shot setup you only get 1 proper chance to do everything right. The learning experience is well worth all the frustration that comes with it, and will make you a far more relaxed and stable shot for the future.

    First and foremost, congratulations on your channel's anniversary. I got interested in less lethal due to researching Byrna and watching your videos. They have been very helpful in determining what kind of less lethal options I currently own. Keep up the amazing work and continued blessings to you and your family. As for the Airsaber, this is truly a weapon that's not only powerful but also stealthy. At times, I could barely hear it, but its impact was very noticeable. I would suggest doing an accuracy head to head between it and one of your most powerful umarex markers/launchers. Take care!

      Hey Ben, I can’t thank you enough for your kind words which have filled me up with a ton of satisfaction! I’m so happy that you’ve found benefit in my channel 🙏🏽
      That’s a cool idea - I’ll see if I can get my hands on an HDX 68, 40 joules version, which could be a cool match vs the AirSaber … 16 powerful shots VS 1 deadly one. Also interesting would be to see how fast one can repeatedly load arrows in the rifle…
      Again, thank you and all the best to you and your family!

    Non ho realizzato la vera violenza di quella belva in forma di carabina finchè sul tavolo non sono apparse le 6 canestre di acqua. Lì ho detto PORCO IL MONDO, quell'affare stenderebbe un ungulato senza complimenti!! Una bomba questo video, e pure sveglia l'interesse verso la soluzione di sparo in PCP, perchè è vero che come costo e spreco le bombolette di co2 non sono una cosa ideale... infatti io stesso tendo a sparare di più con carabine springer che con armi a co2! Complimenti per il risultato dopo un solo anno di presenza su youtube, è veramente meritato!!!👌👌👌

    Wow!! One year already. Congrats. This is one great video to end one year. Loved it. That AirSaber is one powerful beast. When you lined up all of those water containers, I thought, "oh boy, we are in for a show here." And as the video went on, I thought, "please bring on the Spaghetti-0s 🙏." But you didn't fail us, the mission continues . . . YES!! You really have to send that segment of the video to Campbells to let them know your/our thoughts of their product 😂. I was thinking about how that beast would work for home defense, then I thought . . . but one shot, though. How can I make this work 🤔? Because, what if there were three or more home invaders? Then, I thought 🤔, how can I be as polite as possible and ask them if they could all line up in a row? I'm sure they will ask, "why!" I will have to be honest and tell them . . . "because I only have one arrow 😜." You are a creative genius. Can't wait to see what else you have planned for us. Awesome, my friend.

    Great video again. A suggestion is most PCP people that I know get a tank .then they go to the diving shops will fill your tank and then you can refill your gun without having to go to the diving shop every time your empty. The carbon fiber is more expensive but lighter and stronger than the aluminum tanks . May God bless you and your loved ones 👍🏼🇺🇸.

    I've been wanting this gun for awhile now, and your review sealed the deal.
    (Gee, thanks!!)
    This thing is amazing!
    A bit pricey, but it seems like it's worth it.
    I already have a compressor so I'll just need a bunch of arrows.
    The power it has is awesome!
    Its obviously a hunting rifle, but I dont hunt, so I'll have fun destroying whatever cool stuff I can manage to find and shoot some arrows through.
    How did your scope work?
    And do you happen to know if there's any scopes out there that are arrow-specific?

      This thing makes you want to shoot it all day everyday… and if you have enough space to blow up targets, that’s it, it becomes an obsession ahaha
      Good question about the scope, I would just get the version with the scope included, to start. The thing is so damn accurate (in my one day shooting experience) I’m sure the stock one will work just fine. I’ll actually be trying two more scopes with it - in my next videos (a 60$ scope and a 600$ scope) - they’re firearm scopes, but they’ll give us an idea of the range of possibilities… let me know how it goes George

      Great question my friend!! I also only noticed after coming home and properly reviewing the footage! I’m still trying to figure it out. The remaining arrow is still completely stuck in the mannequin, and I can’t get it out.
      I think it simply snapped in half - with half getting stuck in the fiberglass, while the other half kept going…

    Well... Just so happens that you can swap the Artemis M11 style breach and barrel...so the airsaber can not only sling arrows, with a few turns of a screw, it can sling .177 / .22 / .25 pellets or slugs... some simple changes need to be made ( one M4 screw swapped out for one 2mm shorter) the airsaber hammer spring is super stiff, so a new, less powerful hammer spring , and perhaps a regulator... makes the perfect hunting tool in to a multi tool ;)

    Pick up a decent archery bag target. A youth target may be insufficient, mind you. Good for just practice shooting. Also, if you place the object you're shooting in front of it, it will keep the arrow from going through and disappearing. May also help keep you from breaking the arrows and stripping the fletchings... depending on how thick and hard the target is. The arrows are rather expensive, and you don't want to keep breaking and losing them.

    • @AirgunAlley
      @AirgunAlley  2 роки тому +1

      Man great tip and thank you!! That’s indeed the plan. They turned out to be a bit more expensive than I thought - so I’ll be getting an archery target. Sadly with the targets I shoot I’m afraid I’ll destroy a few arrows here and there, but that’s ok :)

    How many arrows did you destroy in the making of this video..?
    I have owned my Umarex Air Saber since they were first released a few years ago.. and I also have the Umarex Air Javelin as well.. and they now have the Air Saber Elite 2x double barrel.. but I still prefer my single shot original and believe it to be the more accurate of the 2 rifles.
    My biggest and only complaint is the fact that you must use Umarex arrows/bolts only - people have already figured out how to use regular crossbow bolts in the Umarex Air Javelin.. but not in the Air Saber.. and unless you are shooting at proper archery targets.. chances are you are just destroying all of your arrows.. and they are not cheap.

    • @AirgunAlley
      @AirgunAlley  2 роки тому +1

      I destroyed 2 for sure: the water jug one and the SpaghettiOs one. Honestly everything is still in my car and I haven’t unloaded anything to check it out.
      You’ve made my day!! I was feeling terrible for not getting the Elite version (way too expensive for this month’s budget) - I’m so glad to hear that you prefer the single shot one!!
      I agree, the fact that the arrows are “exclusive” to the gun, is a big bummer and indeed they ain’t cheap.
