How Not to Replace a Toyota Window regulator on a 2004 Camry.

I was ready to replace a window regulator for a friend. I have replaced several regulators and on different cars. There was nothing wrong with the regulator. The window lockout was depressed. The regulator was about $30 from rockauto but was able to return it.
