I think Paramount should lay off the staff from Nickelodeon studios and hire more experienced writers and directors so the show will have a dark but serious turn. Not too dark. But a little. I just don't know why SpongeBob is so uninspiring and less recognized. He was always been weird, irresponsible, and gullible. My future children or family members wouldn't be watching Modern SpongeBob because it's not their thing. They'll probably forget the show for a long time.
