I’ve been eyeing Blue Rhapsody by Rosewood Manor. Just haven’t pulled the trigger because I have some other big girls that I want to do. So much stitching, so little time! I thought when I retired I’d have more time but my grandkids have discovered that I’m at home! 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve done 3 Chatalaines so far-Watergarden, Hummingbirds, and the Hawaiian Garden. I am now getting ready to start the Dragonfly one. Just take them one stitch at a time and you will do great. Don’t look too far ahead. Start in the middle, save the beads till the end and enjoy the journey. Chris

It's great to know you're in Virginia! Congrats to your VT grad! Both my husband and I graduated from there. I hope you and your friends will do a road trip to Liberty Hill in Williamsburg. It's a great store with lots of fabric! I stitch there on Wednesdays and would love to meet you. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy your channel and thank you for taking the time for it. Yayy! Jump in the Chatelaine waters, the water’s just fine!!! 😂 I’ve had sparkling peacocks on my radar for years now…so beautiful! Don’t even think about it, just start! Although I read the pattern for hours before putting the first stitch in, it is so worth it! Can’t wait to see your progress!

@@pottymouthstitcher I started the Sea Quilt which is a very large piece that will take 10 years to do🤣 and a small mandala-esque one called dragonfly tile
@CCLstitches I just looked those up. I think 10 years may be right! Lawdy!! The dragonfly is gorgeous, though! Maybe we should start our own Chatelaine stitch zooms.

Loved seeing all the eye candy!! Heidi, I just wrote down Sarah Milthorpe on my wish list after seeing Katie at Sew Tattered show it on her floss tube. But I am working on Jane Hopkins( thanks to Handmade by Sarah W and Humming of the Bees thanks to Stitching Fae..also a Heidi! So yes I am easily enabled but I will get to it eventually.:) Happy Stitching.

I love to spend time with you. You keep a smile on my face. AllyRenee is great, isn't she? I'm working on Porch Scene which has a fair amount of white on white stitching. And Summer At The Shore which has a seagull that is driving me crazy. I made one...just one...mistake and had to frog everything I had done.

You. Are. Killing. Me 😅 I have managed to avoid Dreaming of the Mums and today you made me cave and it’s in my cart waiting for a few companions for the ride. Coincidently Cobweb Corner had the Peacock Chatelaine on sale earlier today and I ordered since it’s been on my wish list for ages. I still need to source the floss/beads/ etc. Can you share again where you found the beads please? I would totally be in for a Chatelaine getaway, or sitting outside making puppy dog eyes through the window 😂 Happy Stitching!

I really need to stop watching flosstubes. I went straight online and bought dreaming of mums and all the beautiful thread from weeks for it. Thanks for the enabling lol love your flosstubes!!!

It came. I plan on starting it in August. Yay
After a purchase from 123 stitch that consisted of several projects worth of floss, I was compelled to send them an email requesting a line of information that I could type in on my order so I could easily set my floss with its pattern once it arrived. They said it might not be possible but suggested I make a note on my device using notes or similar. I still have a bag of floss sitting on a shelf in my entertainment center just waiting for me to figure it out. Their suggestion was helpful but didn’t fix my prior order dilemma.
Isn't it fun? I'll consider it an adventure to figure out what goes where. 😄
