Impossible. But I tried it and BAM ! Mayonnaise in less than one minute with my immersion blender. Fantastic. I saved my broken mayo and incorporated it into this one. Turned out beautifully and saved me from wasting good ingredients. Now I can make mayo at home fast and without all that frustration. You are brilliant.
I made this recipe in a standard blender and it works! Just have to blend the egg and seasonings first then slowly add the oil so that it doesn't separate. Really tasty.

Didn’t know it was damn easy.😂 I added siracha sauce, paprika powder and garlic powder to my mayo. Goes will with burgers and fried chicken extremely tasty 😋 Thank you for the recipe.

Also he uses a food processor with an emulsifier blade instead of a cutting blade or a blender. Looks a bit more like actual mayonnaise to me than the one in this video, if you ask me, but I think it's mainly because it's just the egg yolks and no egg whites.

How could you not know that? Also, if you've been buying it in a store or having it in a restaurant, they use the cheapest of the cheapest oils. If you make it at home you can use the highest quality and the end product is so much better that it may as well be a completely different thing.

Just made this came out very creamy and delicious. I tried to substitute 1/4 of a cup of oil with olive oil needless to say good thing i didnt add any more olive oil. It gave it such a strong taste still tasty tho.

The key is to use all the ingredients at room temperature. It worked for us.

Commercial mayo has more eggs ratio than this recipe. You can adjust it but yes it's a lot of oil. So it's best to choose a good quality oil.
