The only difference between a top pro and a lower pro is their technique, unfortunately you can only vary abit, some techniques just don't have the feel and power as others which will be the 5% difference in basseling play ability, then you have your movement and mobility and your shot selection and instinct.
Unfortunately federico and many others fall short with their technique/style of play.
He unfortunately just can't do enough with his ball, predominantly only allows himself to sit back with a technique style like that and can't hurt you enough. Nothing to do with strength, 90% to do with technique obviously keeping in mind having a good foundation to load and explode 💥

I love Ben Shelton's game. It's amazing. I could do without his unrelenting bro-ness though.
I honestly love it. I don't feel like he brings the same corniness Kyrgios did. Often all that bravado is manifesting usually with a lot of compliments to his opponent and coachability. I don't know, I think this is a guy who may actually be a "new personality" worth appreciating within tennis. Too many cookie cutter stoics. Kinda reminds me of Sampras. Expressive, but not really at the expense or detriment of his opponent.

And why all that acting, laughing when training is in progress and also a partner who is ready to take his time for your progress (Ben is better player, but still, they help each other to improve)? It looks like a lack of respect to me, although I can't say that because I don't know the guy personally. And one more thing. I personally don't support playing without a shirt, even if it's just training. I think the vast majority of tennis people agree with me ;).

Amazing talent and seems like a nice enough kid, but on court I find him pretty annoying. The constant c’mons and overall cocky demeanor rub me the wrong way. Going to be Top 10 though and soon.

He makes incredible shots once in awhile, but any one of us can make crazy shots once in awhile. But he's just not consistent. When I was in college, on those rare occasion, I could hit a 150 mph serve - but once in a blue moon. That doesn't count. Unless you can do that consistently 40, 50, 60% of the time, you won't get anywhere.
