Went up to wave 3000, this sadly wouldn't be enough. Sure, never faiting is good, but you also need to be able to beat what's in front of you. (Preferably without having to PP stall every battle, which wouldn't work for long)
At some point, enemies have regeneration tokens that heal them up by 30% of their max health per turn. Combine that with protection tokens that all but nullify all regular damage you deal, on wave 3000, if you even manage to get that far, Eternatus won't be damaged enough to offset his passive healing.
Sturdy/Unnerve is a great combo though! The best way to deal damage reliably on very late levels are moves like Night Shade or Seismic Toss, since they ignore defense and deal a set amount of damage, and also moves that deal %-based damage. Poison is sadly not effective enough because of Full Heal tokens. A combination of moves like Salt Cure, Leech Seed, or when it'll be implemented, ghost type using Curse, is your best bet imo. (Leech Seed + Salt Cure adding up to like 25% max health per turn) Fire Spin or Sand Tomb can be used to reach enough damage to passively outdamage the healing, but that's 3 move slots out of 4 already.
Max leftovers, sitrus berries and max shell bell sadly aren't enough to max out your health passively in a single turn so you'd need either Protect or Detect to stall a turn and get back to full health so you refresh Sturdy.
You basically need a Pokemon that won't ever die but will also reliably deal more than 30% damage (that doesn't rely on enemy defenses) to any enemy in a single turn.
Perhaps Sturdy/Mold Breaker would be better to prevent a Magic Guard Pokémon from ruining your run in this scenario.

Those are some very good points actually. I never even thought of using seismic toss/night shade. I wonder if endeavor works? Because surely that would be game breaking. Getting above 30% damage is gonna be difficult. The only thing i can quickly thinl of might be a garganacle/leech seed fusion, setting up both moved while eternatus is recharging, and then perhaps something like a huge power regigigas/slaking to deal big damage, but that might not even be enough :/ thanks for the reply! I really love finding strong pokemon in this game and this is gonna make me look even harder :)

Something interesting to keep in mind is that you can fuse with a Pokemon to get their moves, unfuse and still keep their moves. You can technically get any move on any Pokemon this way through fusing/unfusing with different ones.
So you could in theory make a Pokemon with Salt Cure/Leech Seed/Fire Spin to deal 37.5% of their max health per turn with the right passive/ability depending on your first pokemon and their final fusion. Definitely a lot of planning ahead though!
I was using a Huge Power Marshadow, it stomped for a while but eventually the protection tokens caught up!
But good luck, it's fun to try and outsmart the game!

Mega latias with dragon energy is insane in my current run, especially since I’m quite new and haven’t farmed any candy yet.

How do you fuse these pokemon? Thank you in advance!

When you finish a wave, you have the chance to get a "masterball" rarity items as a reward. This has a chance to be a DNA Splicer

Dusknoir already gets Drain Punch and Bulk Up as an egg move, just saying. Also, you're still weak to fairy, which is one of the best types in the game. I'd much rather fuse it with Aggron for better defenses, access to metal burst and steel type. You still have 4 weaknesses, but they are to Dark, Ghost, Ground and Fire. Ground and Fire are easily dealt with by having water coverage on your team, Dark you already cover with Drain Punch, Ghost is weak to itself.
