My brother lived in Fort William in the early 70s, I spent some summers there growing up, very fond memories. I've been back a few times since sad to see it looking a bit run down for the amount of tourists that must pass through the area.
When was this taken? Place totally empty. I have been visiting Fort William for years and it has definitely, sadly, declined. Thank you for this but SO sad.
I remember the high street from the early seventies ,seemed more alive then..I live overseas and have done since 79 but regularly visit ,last visit this year was not impressed..Few locals..
