Great video brother, I've always tried to stay fit but mostly worked out my upper body because when I lived in Florida I was on a masonry crew for over ten years and just from working that long toting block and precasts we always got a good leg workout everyday. So today after 8 years of getting away from that trade my legs are naturally big and have calf's like tree trunks. It's crazy after actually noticing how many guys just on the train or walking down the street have bird legs just doesn't look rite......so I'm good on the legs, stay getting those gains brother. I haven't dead lifted since high school. Been about 15 years since I did any kind of squats. I did bench a lot, but it wasn't just using the bench bar. I used dumbbells a lot to bench with. Working the stabilizing muscle's with using dumbbells' made me feel like I was stronger. I hurt my back pretty bad when I was 21. I'm now 46 and every morning is a mother fucker to get out of bed. So squats and deadlift is out. Row and lat pulls is about all I do for my back. Anything more will have me face down in pain killers. Fuck That!
