Just watching your video I think it would be better to put two XL twin fitted sheets instead of one king/queen fitted sheet. Since each side moves independently of the other.
How are you liking it a year later? I've read these soften up a bit over time, with some saying it sleeps hotter as it softens. Looking to pick a a Queen Luxe adjustable for the MIL and Costco has them on sale for $1599, really tempting.
I still enjoy the features, such as reclining to watch TV or read, massage, etc. I'm not very picky about a mattress as long as my back feels good in the morning and it still works for me a year later. My wife says it is "a little less firm than when we first got it" but says she still loves the bed. Thanks for watching!
I’ve had it a year now and I can’t keep the mattresses from sliding and leaving a gap wide enough it disrupts sleep. I move around a lot when I sleep and if I get caught in the middle I wake up with back pain. I’ve never had a split king before and I regret it now. All of the gadgets I’ve found to keep the mattresses together disrupt all the folding features so they don’t work. Mine is for sale if anyone wants it
I'm not sure if this would help you since I don't own one of these beds but I use those stretchy exercise bands when I'm placing a cushion down on slippery surfaces (Like a wooden rocking chair or an outdoor chair, for example.) to keep it in place. Maybe you could run a few under your mattresses?
We just bought this bed with twin-xl adjustable frames, The wiring for one was caught up under a wheel for the top moving part. it was easily fixable but QC is obviously lacking. The legs for the frames when screwed into the bases are not straight, i tried different legs at each position thinking it might be the legs but it is definitely the leg mounts on the frame. Again, poor quality control. The legs are tall, so it is definitely noticeable.

Even if you have a headboard and footboard with side rails and slats, our Adjustable Base will fit right in place."
A choice of preference... Not too soft in my opinion. The split king is good for versatility if one person likes to sleep flat and the other doesn't, and also in the future the bed could be separated into 2 beds for a guest bedroom or something... Thanks for the comment!
I'm looking into getting one. I actually want a Twin size but Costco doesn't sell it. Can the split king be used as 2 separate TWIN XL beds? From your video looks like it can.

The bed will structurally support this weight, provided it is evenly distributed across the foundation. The power foundation is not designed to support or lift this amount in the head or foot sections alone. Exceeding this weight restriction could damage the bed and/or cause injury and will void the warranty." Thanks for watching!
I purchased the ghost bed split king and have found it to be the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever owned. We’ve tried to tolerate it and have rotated our mattresses multiple times but it never gets better. He is 218lbs and I’m 145lbs. The sides of the mattresses sink, this mattress doesn’t hold up, the center of the “bed” has a gap that cannot be lessened, and this bed has caused us to both wake up feeling miserable over and over again. I do not recommend this bed at all.
The remote that comes with a new boxed frame is already paired. If you order a spare/replacement remote you have to pair it yourself. There are actually 2 different methods shown in the instructions how to do this, but neither way worked for me.

It's not, it's just leaning against the wall. I remember reading about some attachment parts that cost extra for attaching headboards, but it has not been an issue for us because with the Ghostbed we can elevate the pillows rather than lean against it. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Is this comparable to the sleep number or just adjustable?
It's just adjustable. There are some user settable presets like "TV" and "Reading" and you can move to any positions. Thanks for watching!

Does this bed hug the wall as it lifts so your nightstand is still beside you when your in the elevated position or does it move you forward?
No definitely does not hug the wall. As the bed rises there's a gap behind you and you have to reach back a little to your nightstand..

How long did the mattresses take to expand fully?
It was really quick maybe a minute or two
instantly
Mine expanded 95% in the first 2 minutes, the rest comes gradually, they say overnight, but you can't really tell.
The massage has so many settings, is there a manual for it?
do u only get one remote? do u find a need to have 2 remotes

In my experience, calling the Ghostbed company, they will do their best to void your warranty.
They have a terrible customer service reputation. Their return policy is a complete lie. Check out their F rating at the BBB. Do your research BEFORE you purchase a Ghostbed.
Ghostbed: "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau. God help you if you have to deal with customer service. Go with a different manufacturer.
