As long as a weather is good, should not be a problem. Print good maps and get a good app with offline maps to your cellphone. Remember there is not a place to charge your phone ( only when you get to the first village ( I think im my case it was Day 8 ) You have to carry all yours staff and food as well. Hello , i did it in 2012 , without smartphone (i never had one) ,in december , we were only 2 trekkers! it was safe , except big dogs protected the farm.. but we had one super dog following us!
@@doussotchristophe9411 The point is to take best road possible. At many points there is some variations of this trek. I watched some videos where solo trekkers missed very good viewpoints because they take different road. Many tour companies also follow different roads. Taking some shortcuts or by taking easier trail. But yes it can be done without a guide. But I guess you never went to the mountains where weather get really bad with almost no visibility. And than you need to make a choice which trail to follow
@@pkmexplorers Hello , yes i agree your point of wiew, i did Huayhuash on november with bad weather, snow and rain ,cloudy, and sunny days at final , so it was real adventure with just the map bought in Huaraz. and i drink bad water with my cooking spaghetti! so i go toilett anyway , and my energy was low!! i probably come back again soon because i really love this area , and i want to see again the family in llamac , where i stay when i was sick(i slept to theatcher /grocery with her daughterr (10year)....in 2012 year do you know them?? thank you for answer and enjoy ggod life my friend!
