Tim is just the most likable dude in the men’s field. Such a class act, so thankful, and so gracious. I’m glad he’s qualified for next year and will be back to chase a win.

Tim - you're my MVP for the day, amongst MANY contenders. To take 2nd in a field that stacked and fast, so early off that injury is amazing. Congrats!

Awesome, so special to see Tim take 2nd!! Such a memorable day of athletic accomplishments, Jan & Tim under 8 and Eliud making a sub 2 marathon. Congrats Tim!!

Solid strong silent humble foundation from the Navel Academy, easy to over look with todays noise on social media . 2nd place is a win after his challenges this year . 👏👍👌💪

Awesome interview with an incredible person! That sunburn on Timothy's chest indicates just how ruthless that sun out there. Enjoy that much deserved off season.

I am glad you didn't mention the injury before because that can sound like an excuse not to do well and it can get in your head. You decided not to let that happen and perform your best, true contender! Congratulations!

karl budworth I seriously think this helped Tim mentally more than physically. He had 0 expectations in the race and just wanted to do his best

I saw Tim at about 2.1 miles on the run and thought no way he stays in second as he looked gassed. Of course that was comparing him to Frodo who looked great. Congrats on a great race.

Bretzky where’d you see it? The live stream I had on most of the day didn’t show Lionel at all...I’d love to see that

@@iron_dad7802 I think Lionel was fourth after T2, running with Wurf and Kienle
