Procrastination is the biggest enemy
Even if you not procastinate at all, you cannot crack UPSC. Very tough and you should have out of box knowledge to handle the situation asked in the question.Vast syllabus and analytical too. Toughest competition. No need of wasting years of years after this madness. Very few who became IPS, IFS and IAS are all Warriors.
So read the book 📚 " EAT THAT FROG " by BRIAN TRACY .

I know many of the IAS officers involved in heavy corruption.Before entry in service is completely different from after joining service. Honestly very few of them are really good officer. UPSC is not life, it's a duty. Once the corruption is reduced in UPSC it's craze automatically decreases and good officer will increase which brings a good administration and implementation of government policies at grass root level.

@@gauravbhat5452 Actually No In These Types Of Exams You Can't Run With Basic Knowledge At The End You Have To Frame Answers Yourselves And The Question Aren't Straight-forward The Questions Talks About Various Sectors Of Society And Focuses On Key Concepts About The Subject , and also Framing answers Require a Lot Of concept Like You Can't frame a Good Answer In You Have Surface Level Knowledge Of The Subject You Need To Dive Into The Subject To Even Meet The Requirements Of The exams and Let's Assume We Should Study For Knowledge, and I Started Studying About All The Subject Which Are Included In UPSC *Just For Knowledge* Chances Are I May Not Even remember Most Of The Topics And When I Get Chance To Prove My Knowledge Chances Are That I may Forgot All Of The Concept Because You Have To Admin It Social Studies Is Mostly A memory Subject You Need To Learn IT You have To make a Balance Between Memory And Concept application

Hi.. continuing from the previous comment, OCN does have implications in ameliorating age related memory loss and also decrease in anxiety like symptoms, spatial learning too ( most animal study data), but as far as short term memory and recall are concerned there haven't been any such conclusive studies yet on humans. So we cannot really imply OCN as a factor for an edge in the exams, but for sure exercise does have dopamine and other neuromodulatory benefits in general for any mentally challenging stretch or phase like exams, or any other competitive activities.

sir that self doubt part was really true i mean upse toh nhi di but jee diya hai jee 1 saal mein 2 baar hota hai and in 2022 i failed twice then i took drop and 2023 mein exam diya and itna prepration ke baad bhi i failed in jan attempt then in april i got a decent score which was not enough to get a good clg my brain totally lost even thing then i filled for ugee exam and tbh padhne ka maan toh durr kitab chune tk ka maan ni tha but i studied and i just cleared the cut off of ugee by 2 marks then interview hua and after 1 week i got my result it was UGEE AIR 9 and rn i m in IIIT HYDERABAD it was none other than me air 9 huh tbh i dont want to see that phase ever ever again and even after clearing ugee it took me soooo long to come out of delima that i m stupid ....so ya it happens

Hi Gaurav.. Can I correct you on the Osteocalcin statement?... It does not release with just light exercise or even moderate exercise, it's triggered by the flight or fight response, in other words acute stress inducing exercises alone can trigger a significant release of the chemical.

I think UPSC unhi logon ke liye hai jo IIT/NIT sei passout. How lucky IITians/NITians are 100% placements, strong alumni network, strong entrepreneurs, Top IAS/IPS officers and Great Startups ? I think mera life barbaad ho chuka hai agar mein IIT/NIT sei agar nahin hoon.

Generally , when students pass out from 10th class . Most toppers don't know what is their aim in life so they choose science because they have got good marks or because of their parents . Because it is said to be science field is for toppers . Further science stream leads to IIT/NIT . Therefore IIT/NIT students perform well in upsc because they are usually toppers and their mentality is different . Aur upsc bas IITIAN or NITIAN hi nahi karte balki baki ke log bhi crack karte hai . 12th fail nahi dekha
