For extra fun, use a piece of external gear that will move the Start point around randomly: either a MIDI LFO, or something like an EHX 8 Step. That way you can keep both hands on the guitar while the soundscape evolves unpredictably underneath.
If you use the H90 control app, on the parameters page you are able to click and type in any speed you would like including -4 for example. Also able to control length and start time like this if you wish.
I saw a lot of videos where features of the H90 are presented - but this one is in my opinion the most creative. Thank you for sharing! "I'm just using a white Strat …" 😀❤
No, unfortunately it's not a realtime granular delay. This technique only works on a recorded loops. But it's a loop that can be recorded on the spot. Alternatively there's the Ultratap algorithm which can sound quite granular with it's 64 moving delay taps
@Martin Yam Moller Thank you. Have you tried any of the maneco labs pedals? I highly recommend the small nimbus. You can get from sweet sounds[ chase bliss ,cooper] all the way to very harsh [drolo]. It's based on the Mutable instruments Clouds.
@@MartinYamMoller I put now two looper algorithms together in one program and did the trick with two different loops /same key of course/ in parallel. Sounds awesome
Great video. But is your expression pedal not working ? You turn the button on the H90 to change play speed. Wasn't the using the pedal will make change the speed ? or you can only change play start or lenght with it...
I'm not quite understanding your question. The knob for the play speed responds slowly because there are only certain quantized steps for play speed (not a continuous parameter)
It's quite stunning how you can sum up your entire personality in such a short comment... With so few words! I must add some more.... Fries with ketchup. Enjoy!😉

I like your right angle expression knob. Seems handy for design without needing a whole separate pedal.
Yeah, it's excellent 👌 made by @efímer called the El garatge expression knob

Oh... That's a good idea. I could actually use a hardware sequencer i got

Well, thanks. I just thought it would be interesting for others to see the potential uses for the H90s looper
Thank you! Just picked up an H90 and always looking for something new. The sounds you make are awesome. Just subscribed!
Excellent. It's a great fx
Creative! Hit us with some more. Up one
Iv been using a Helix LT way before the H90 and it is great with synths
Love Line6 stuff. Not tried the Helix tho. I kinda got stuck on the rack pro FX series from the 90's😉
Great video! May I ask what expression knob are you using there and where can I get it?
made by @efímer called the El garatge expression knob
Cool stuff!
Very nice thank you. Can similar patches be used in real time or just in looping mode?

@@iosifkalpaktsoglou2045 not heard of Maneco before. I gotta check those out🙏
Wow😮 it sounds awesome😮
🙏
This pretty great thanks for this! Do you think Eventide will make an official Glitch algo in the future?
No idea if @eventideaudio are cooking up a glitch Algo. But it would be awesome 😉
@@MartinYamMoller It would be really cool, but doesn’t seem like their style right?

Could you store to a preset?
You mean store the audio loop itself?
