It has a natural looking ivory color, a feature that makes the implant look more like a natural tooth and supports the clinician in cases of thin gingiva biotype or soft tissue recession. Its monotype design is based on features of the Straumann® Soft Tissue Level Standard Plus and Straumann® Bone Level Implants. I got one of these ten years ago . Still perfect . Ceramic is the best way to go .

I'm in San Diego and cannot find a dentist who does ceramic implants 😦 Will you be able to chew on this normally with soft food? ( mine was a molar)
Because it is hard to install or implant. It is not the same than Titanium implants
Look for a biological dentist.

This is painful really.
Naw, they numb you all up. I had gum graft surgery done a while back. They get the graft from the roof of your mouth. They gotta cut a good size hunk from deep inside the top of your mouth. They they make a deep slice on your gums where the graft is going to go to. They sew it right in. I was so comfortable, I was falling asleep as the dentist did the work. Oh and there's a lot of blood leaking as the dentist does the work. But after, just a tiny bit of bleeding for 5 minutes and that was it.

Ceramic is more durable than plastic so the ceramic tooth implant can last a lifetime if the person takes care of it, the ceramic implant is often better as it matches the other tooth roots. The ceramic will not break as long as the person follows the dentist's instructions.

Advantages disadvantages from titanium?
Titanium can give allergy. And metal problems like antenne related and toxins in the metal. Toothbone can reject afted year(s). Ceeamic is body friendly material. Buf needs to screw v e r y low volume because does not absorbe warmth like titanium. You need to see what works best for you..everybody individually.
