I'm thrilled to see Travis still doing it. At the same time I'm happy to see him finally realize & say "I'm not doing a triple, I'm too old for that shit" lol
I watch this saying to myself “if I had the opportunity to hit this I’d send it” when in reality I’d sit at the bottom in silence for hours wishing I’d kept my mouth shut , this is next level and I love where the sports going
Truer words have never been spoken… its all fun and games til you have to send a full size bike 80 plus feet in the air … and i dont even wanna think about the landing
Truer words have never been spoken… its all fun and games til you have to send a full size bike 80 plus feet in the air … and i dont even wanna think about the landing
No way I'm backing down in front of Travis Pastrana. Wouldn't hit it in any other situation but I'd never forgive myself if I had the opportunity and didn't take it
A true innovator and visionary. Been a real treat to see all of Mr. Pastrana's abilities, skills and accomplishments, over nearly the last 30 years since a lot of us first saw his riding, in a Crusty vid, in the mid/late 90's. Equally impressive is how he continues to have as much fun as he does (that ecstatic laugh when he hits the bag earlier in this vid!) and still continues to progress what is possible, on two wheels!💪
Meeting Travis has always been a big dream of mine, being 5 years older I watched Travis from the beginning, and always just loved him on and off the track, your awesome brother...
Man, I just seen Nate at a Chinese buffet in Clearfield, Pa the other day ! Should've went and showed my respect for what he creates for our entertainment!
When I was 21 years old I thought I would just go out and send it. That was until the 70+ foot wall I was riding along gave way. I am now 69 years old and I've had 48+ years to think on it as a Paraplegic. I've lived an amazing life but before you send your Son or Daughter out to "send it" you need to make sure they understand the quality of life they will have living in and out of a wheelchair. Make sure they make the decision and it is not yours as an able bodied adult. I know the first time I went back to my local MX track post injury a lot of parents thought I was sending the wrong message to their kids. That was until David Bailey showed up as the MX expert with ESPN. All of a sudden, because one of the members of MX royalty was covering MX on TV(he remains the best commentator in my lifetime) it was cool. Meanwhile, those of us who lost our legs, or arms with those who became Quads(McGoo Chandler rest in peace) are seen as a "grand sacrifice for the MX Gods." Do you want your son or daughter to be next? Make an informed decision before you place them on a bike and "sending it," because there is little glory to living your life in a wheelchair, especially after you've sent it with the best. Please don't let your son or daughter be the next sacrifice in the name of KTM or any of the major Japanese companies who built the bike your child is on. Be the parent with a brain who understands the risk rather than sacrificing your child's "normal life" so they "can send it."
I'm sorry for your accident and what happened, but its not just motorcycles that cause these injuries. Im under 50 and can barely get out of bed because of neck, back and severe leg injuries from riding. Ive got severe arthritis and now my hip is going to need replaced. I will say I am way more cautious with my sons about safety than I was. However, I feel like the Era I grew up in was alot different as far as entertainment. I totally understand what your intentions are with this post, but pretty much any activity can lead to a life changing injury. I try not to box my kids up and limit their experiences by being afraid of everything. Again, sorry about your accident.
I appreciate your heartfelt response. My intent is to maybe just get the attention of one parent who will do what you say and teach more safety and work with their child on all the problems that can arise when you ride over your ability or you try something you do not have the skill set for. Again, thanks for the response. My heart goes out to you with the physical ailments you endure. Press on and it's my hope that there are some tender mercies with your physical ailments. Aging is the toughest challenge humans face. Be well my friend. @@budddove6480
some of my most excited memories as a kid were around 2003 and 4 hearing I was gonna get to go see freestyle in phx. I was so bummed when Travis didn't make the one people were saying he was, but still great events. Trav inspired a passion within me as a kid that I'm tankful for.
im so happy to find this channel, ive been a fan since before Travis TV when he flipped the car in the water, i wanna say it was a yellow subi, but will always support this Legend
Just landing on the bag from that height has to kick the shit out of you … and then theres a running motorcycle coming down directly at you … just a normal Tuesday for these guys
I'll never forget when you did the double watching it live laying in my bunk bed at my parents house life was so easy and amazing! Great memories watching xgames as a kid
My top 3 dirt bike riders that go big Robbie Maddison, Travis Pastrana #199 & Jono Porter #911 (The Aussie Travis, rode Suzuki also) RIP legend! Interested in hearing other top 3
69 degrees is freakin insane. Thats gotta be almost as angled as you can get for a jump, if you go much steeper than that you are basicly going up and then straight down. Good work to the builders and riders, this rules.
Could you imagine going back to the 90’s and telling the dirt bike community that in a few years backflips will happen, then doubles, then triples, and now a quad…. Insane
I was just at mid America for a race last weekend. I was wondering what was going on that spot that was dug out. I thought it was going to be used for a knock out race spot for the bouncers. But a giant ramp makes more sense.
I did a bunch of repair work on the “Globe of doom”. Was a family circus act from Columbia. They had a bunch of bikes that went inside it. I think 3 or 4 of those guys died in it during a show. I didn’t even get my welding equipment loaded up and they started practicing. Crazy
I could do This All day Everyday. I love track building I love operating. I love riding this is what me and my friends did every weekend. We built a 3 Acre Track when I was 19 lol I live for this..
I really enjoy watching your videos. I would love to start my own UA-cam channel. I would offer to come shoot videos and help and learn with you guys for free!! My doctors do not want me working due to a failed back surgery, and I need to figure out something to get into. Not only to eventually make money, but to also keep my mind busy and not get down in the dumps. You guys would be great mentors and would help me our drastically in life!! My passion has always been riding and I miss it so much and hope to get better so I can eventually ride again. You have been my idle since I was a kid. I watched you progress over the years and seen how far you became. It is my dream to come ride and shoot videos with you guys. I'm from York PA I don't think that is to far from your compound. I would give anything to come out there with you guys!!! Stay safe out there and throw some tricks for me!! Be safe and have fun!!!
I remember seeing Travis in the X games where he shot the motorcycle into the ocean. He was such a young little punk Back then He’s come a long way now.😎😁🙏🦾🙌😇
Not likely. D1 NCAA diver and nat’l ranked gymnast. On my 40th birthday, I did 40 standing back tucks in under 17 minutes. Landed a double back in mammoth off the big booters in canyon park. Got 5 different inverts and various spins down on the wake. Never had an air bag or a ramp to even consider these sorts of shinanagins. Sent the banshee and Funco numerous times out at Glamis. Hucked the Funco so big that Grant at Funco said please don’t show anyone those pictures, as he was welding tabs on the frame where the rear control arms were ripping out from hitting the sand with so much force and forward inertia. 😎 Body cast my ass. What you been ridin, a couch?
Im from Maryland and been running into and even raced on the same track at Budds Creek that Travis was on and as long as i have seen him or ran across videos he had always been wearing the craziest shirts😅
I ride 250 class and I know the feeling of facing monster hills even after many nearly breaks I’d have no problem eating that ramp up wen ur ready I am tp
So I got an idea since it's your 40th birthday this year Deagan's over 40 Twitches over 40 I'm sure there's some other old Legends over 40 a 40 and older competition 3 Rounds a race a freestyle competition best trick 10 competitors 10 points per round first gets 10 points last gets zero best of the three rounds
I'm thrilled to see Travis still doing it. At the same time I'm happy to see him finally realize & say "I'm not doing a triple, I'm too old for that shit" lol

I don’t usually do test runs but that ramp looks like a wall when you are approaching it. Fun to think about hitting it though 👍
No way I'm backing down in front of Travis Pastrana. Wouldn't hit it in any other situation but I'd never forgive myself if I had the opportunity and didn't take it

Insane how long he’s been in the game and pushing it. Definitely inspiring.

Came a long way from the ole foam pit days!! Crazy awesome 🤯
You ain’t kidding foam pit it great.
Airbag just as great once you trust it. But god it sucks to move it and fix it 😂
On the VARG??? NO WAY!!!! SICK!
I'll never forget when you did the double watching it live laying in my bunk bed at my parents house life was so easy and amazing! Great memories watching xgames as a kid
Playing rock music underneath the entire duration of the video is the most MTV-in-the-Aughts thing ever
You know something is gnarly when Travis goes all wide eyed after the first try 😂
Amazing content! The fact that your still doing a double like nothing is nuts!
those stark bikes are going to be wild for this stuff with all the extra power
The Stark Alpha puts out 80hp… read that again, 80 freakin HP!!! I dont see how a normal human rides those things
Until they explode...
TP talking about the expanding & shrinkage was just 😂
Love it that Travis can honestly say I’m too old for that shit the G.O.A.T doesn’t have to prove anything to anyone💪💪💪💪
Nate wetzel is one of my favorite bmx riders
"over rotated a double. Oh shit i can do a tripple! Ahh shit i can do a tripple.." hahahaha the realization of his own statement! Love it!
Gonna need a tail-number on these bikes pretty soon 😳
😂😂😂😂so true calling in for clearance
My top 3 dirt bike riders that go big Robbie Maddison, Travis Pastrana #199 & Jono Porter #911 (The Aussie Travis, rode Suzuki also) RIP legend! Interested in hearing other top 3
Yewww, yeah boys! Can't wait to see where this ramp takes you. Were going to the MOOOON.
Cheers for finally admitting I can't do that instead of just sending it!!!
Bigger Man!!!
Man we getting old never would’ve I have ever thought I would hear Travis say he doesn’t have the ballz to do something lol
That moment when you realize you can do something that you don’t want to do but you know your self will make you 😂
Spot on!
Banks has to pinch himself being able to push the limits with Travis, there would be nothing cooler
Mid America I’m there! Can’t wait till open! Gonna be RAD 🎉❤
Wow! Only 2 hrs from me. That's Awesome.
The fact he pulls a dirtbike crooked too is Fing crazy 😂🤘
69 degrees is freakin insane. Thats gotta be almost as angled as you can get for a jump, if you go much steeper than that you are basicly going up and then straight down. Good work to the builders and riders, this rules.
Nate is a beast
This dude is awesome
Over rotating on the 3 thats insane ! I could see you guys pulling off a 4 can’t wait to see more !
Could you imagine going back to the 90’s and telling the dirt bike community that in a few years backflips will happen, then doubles, then triples, and now a quad…. Insane
Ah shit I could do a Tripple 😂😂😂.
199 💯💯💯💯💯👍Travis Pastrana
6:22 never thought I’d hear Travis say that 🤣
This ramp is absolutely insane, and Banksy dude... holy shit man 🤯 that double was huge!!
Banksy is legit next level. Dude goes off every time I see him ride
When the welder with the dreds says "it can do 4 no problem", you listen.
Love you Travis🤘🤘 So sick
Remember the sign they put up for Street bike Tommy? Well, this one’s gonna need, “back flips only”… 🤩 😍 🤯
FREAKING insane!!
I was just at mid America for a race last weekend. I was wondering what was going on that spot that was dug out. I thought it was going to be used for a knock out race spot for the bouncers. But a giant ramp makes more sense.
Pretty insane property eh? It blew my mind my first time there
Nate Wessel x Travis = pure insanity
I love how this mid America outdoor is in my back yard
STARK VARG!
This is crazy. But the 4 holes on the bag everytime someone lands.... i should call her
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
I would try it on that Stark.... That's so sick. 😮🖤
I love that Travis can be normal. Hes a cool dude
Pushing the limits as always 🤘🏼
This crew knows no other way 🤙🤙
Get Streetbike Tommy back out to hit this new monster!
I did a bunch of repair work on the “Globe of doom”. Was a family circus act from Columbia. They had a bunch of bikes that went inside it. I think 3 or 4 of those guys died in it during a show. I didn’t even get my welding equipment loaded up and they started practicing. Crazy

Going to be incredible what gets accomplished there
You’re a good dude TP! God bless you!
What's the name etc for the song thats playing at the end of this video in the credits please, driving me nuts trying to find it lol
I see you guys are using an Electric Bike!! Makes complete sense. No hot exhaust to catch on fire!😊
Foam pit is way safer, and these things rip
ramp looks tall enough to need carb rejetted at top lol
Banks hit it second gear at the limited the first jump and we all held our breath thinking he was short!
