green uta still strong playable or not ?
uta is a tier A deck, really profitable to make, it’s not that expensive.
It is still strong and playable but has terrible match up against green and black decks. Mainly because she doesn’t have removals
Has foxy won anything at locals? I'm interested in playing that and vegapunk but rarely see stuff on them
Yes it has won a couple of standard battles but it’s really not that good comparing to these decks
Do you think OP-03 Lucci is playable in 07 with the black support or is it just a pointless endeavor? Really wanna make it work with all the new black support
Old Lucci isnt good enough unfortunately
The OP03 support for rob lucci works well with the op07 one. 07 is by far superior

I believe both decks do different things and Moria is still at minimum tier 2 after the banlist
the build with issho made it back to top tier

can Hawkins be removed by Brooks trash effect?
It works the same as 7c enel, so as long as his effect has not already been used and there's at least 1 character on opponents board you rest (which in the case of brook, there will be since you just played brook) the hawkins can prevent itself from leaving the board by resting an opponent's character.
Yes but only if you don’t have anything to rest on the opponent’s board
no, cause brook can be tapped by the ability. Only event removal can kill hawkins assuming your field is all tapped
