  • The pressure on women today has pushed many mothers to the breaking point. They are overwhelmed by opportunities, expectations, comparisons, and more. “Doing your best” is never enough to please everybody, and the demands mothers place upon themselves are impossible and unrealistic. Dr. Meg Meeker, author of The 10 Habits of Happy Mothers, offers moms a better, healthier perspective - and gives them new hope in their daily role as a mom. She illustrates 10 simple yet challenging habits that every mom can adopt.

I love all these tips...it’s actually putting them into practice that it’s hard. Thanks for providing more videos geared toward the parents in the trenches...we have 2 tweens and 3 teens - all girls. And the worry is sometimes overwhelming. Any add’l videos you could provide on surviving/thriving on the teen years would be much appreciated.

I am an Indonesian who lives in America. It's not completely true about indonesian not liking american. Indonesia is a big country. Depending where you go, you may say that. Indonesia has 5 religions and the country observe all religious holidays as national holidays like Christmas Easter Hinduism religious holiday budhist religious holiday Muslim holiday. Infact there is almost no other countries that observe all religious holidays from 5 religions as a national holiday. Not even america. I mean I learn from her but I have to disagree about her talking about Indonesia. I'm from indonesia and we never hate american people. She obviously needs to learn about Indonesia. Infact your daughter is lucky to be able to visit indonesia. Indonesia is a beautiful country and im sure she probably wants to visit indonesia again

I laugh when you say mum work to get pool in backyard and car... that’s not always true some mum work to keep their natural desire to learn, exercise brain muscles and have social life

Me too. Even now, being in my fourtys. All I got from my dad was emotional abuse and neglect.

Ack! The way Jim folded the front cover of the book back made me cringe. Way to wreck a book in one easy step.
