Loving the sound and performance...thinking of doing the same but always getting discouraged by people in the motor modding industry , saying that it's a waste of money to do anything to a 1.3 and still keeping it street legal and why not get a 4age instead. All i want is a little more boost, not looking to race anyone
Shaun Zee yea bro when it comes to spending money on a car it doesn't mean it must have a big engine or be a sports car, we all just want to make our cars unique and enjoyable to ourselves 👍
I've sold the Tazz about 2 Months ago. Best modification you can do is to make sure that your air filter, fuel filter and oil filter is in a good condition. A 50mm Powerflow exhaust makes the engine more free revving and makes it a bit punchier in the high rpm range. Adding a custom exhaust manifold to compliment the exhaust system will give a slightly stronger acceleration in the mid rpm range. My Tazz also had a rebore so it had better torque overall.
This one has been rebored. Has a 50mm stainless steel exhaust from the manaifold and the manifold itself is custom made. Carburetor has been tuned according to the exhaust system.
If I drive with the aim of trying to save fuel then I'll get about 10 - 11km on a litre... But normally I drive quite hard so my average is probably around 8-9km on a litre. In the end it's still a carburetor and compared to fuel injection cars it's quite thirsty
@@thesmoothshifter8407 tune the carb, I got a free flow exhaust system and straight pipe, I do about 100 kms with 100 rand fuel and I drive hard most of the time, tune the idle speed down alil then the fuel mixture but pay attention to how it's running first

Just do it and they'll still be impressed
Mine has the same shake happening, starts at just over 110km/h up to 140 then smooths out. Any ideas?
Wheel balancing and wheel alignment. After I did that it was completely smooth at any speed.
I know this is a super late comment but I have to give u a W for playing Capone I need speed it's part of my driving playlist too
The right music makes the drive so much more enjoyable. The music I listen to determines my driving style.
@The Smooth Shifter i have toyota ee100 2e engine. What modification should i do to the engine to add a lil bit power?

@@thesmoothshifter8407 hi do you mean you put headers on it? what headers?
@@michaelticsay7 50mm custom made for the 2E by Powerflow Exhaust Systems.
@@thesmoothshifter8407where did you do the rebore and how much was it ?
What is the size of rebore? And what piston you used?
Nice sound also !!
Can u please recommend me the exhaust system what you are using
Powerflow stainless steel 50mm from the manifold. Then also a custom 50mm exhaust manifold also from Powerflow
nice sound
What twin barrel carburetor did you use? Stock aisan? or something else?
Stock aisan yes
My 2E engine is dying. Please how to make it have some pulling power?

The Smooth Shifter Alright noted. I’ll tell my mechanic.👍🏼
Guys any clue on how much power a 2e engine makes when it has been rebored to i think 1.5 to 2 L with headers and full exhaust thanks
cost vs power ...4age would make more sense

Hey sir what is the size of the headers holes?
50mm
What is your top speed?
170kmh GPS, but takes a while to get there.
how is your fuel consumption?

You're right.. Did the wheel balancing about a week after that video. Don't have the car anymore, miss it quite a lot.
