- Today, we're taking a look at the brand new LEGO Disney 100 Castle releasing on July 1st for VIP members and July 4th for non-VIP members! It's bigger, more colourful, it's got over 55 references and easter eggs, has EIGHT minifigures and much more!

Just built our store display at my Lego store, pretty fun build! I love all the details and the massive scope and size of it. Very impressive set. Also the colors are beautiful.

I would love to see Lego designers create classic scene stills. Like the witch holding the apple up on top of the cliff fro Snow White, or sleepy hollow cemetery with the horseman, or Cinderella’s attic mice creating her gown. Classic scenes that would strike the hearts of many.
They should've done Ariel in her pink dress with Eric rather than Tiana again. I'm thinking Belle and Beast aren't included cause they could do a diorama of the ballroom scene like the peter pan diorama.
I think Tiana is great here, just shouldn’t be in the Minifigure series. I would’ve lovedddd Ariel and Eric! And I agree about Belle and Beast
Then we would have had 1 couple per Disney age, something that would have been much more fitting. As much as I love Princess and The Frog, it would have been nice to have Belle and Beast or Ariel and Eric instead.
Love the Tangled stuff definitely my favourite film from the princesses 😊
If you wanna change Snow White slightly you could add the red and black cape from the evil queen to have her different look
I really want sets based on the parks, like the Tower of Terror or spacemountain

What a nostalgic set with all these classic Disney movies. I really enjoy it, but Im dissapointed that there are no Lady and the Tramp or The Fox and the Hound references

Fun fact: The fireworks are the exact same build as the ones from Set #80106 Story of Nian

Really cool set and nice update from the original. Have to agree with your input for this set AshnFlash. Intrigued to see up close when it's available. Shame Belle and Beast were missing given the references. Maybe next time, hoping to see more sets such as this to recreate Disney World if possible. Keep up your great content, stay safe and have a great day.

It’s a matter of time that Lego will breng the figures in other sets…
Like Snowwhite will be add to the up coming house of the dwars nu and we saw earlier a few hidden diorama sets wich was based in Tangled.
The diorama you saw for Tangled may not be an actual set. I'll explain more soon.
But yes, you're 100% right. Tangled could get a Tower set, Cinderella could get her carriage. Tiana could get something for the new show.

I’m not gonna get this set because I have the original one, but I definitely need to modify my castle with some of the new landscape and room designs, I also need to bricklink most of the minifigs
All I really want from this set is Nareen so I’m praying he’s not gonna be too expensive separately

He might be a little expensive since a lot of people will want him to go with the Tiana from the cmf series.

I got this for Christmas and I finished building it earlier this month and it sure is something. I may even call it the crown jewel of my Lego collection. A few things I want to mention. One, they sent me the wrong piece for the mirror, I got a golden four-stud with a convex bottom instead of a golden 4-stud circle piece with a stud on top. Second, one corner for the dragon, Rapunzel watching the lanterns and Maui stickers will now forever have a little crease from me trying to remove them from the pieces to try to place them back on a little straighter. Seriously, I'm getting a little more worked up about the latter than I should. Anyway, still a fantastic set with fantastic minifigures.
Lilo should’ve been in the CMF as if but putting Tiana in a set just makes the spot even more wasted it should’ve been Lilo

Right before it retired last year I got my gf the castle before it retired for Christmas, this year I might get her this one XD.
I just want the Minifigures
I personally would have liked Belle and the Beast minifigures instead of Snow White, but I guess it's understandable that they included Snow White instead

As an avid lego Disney collector, this will be a nice place to display all my s1, 2, and 3 figs (everyone in s3, no Hercules, no Alice, and no daisy). It will be harder to find good places to put baymax and some of the villains (faciler, cruella, and Ursula) but it will look nice on the inside at least
I have a stand for my figures. But I'm thinking of displaying them on the castle now since theres SO MUCH room

I hope they do another BEAUTIFUL set with Beauty and the beast, Belle deserves it, i also hope we have an Ariel minifig with her pink gown and prince Erick.
My only complaint with this one is the blue water plates, when ever i need to move my castles those plates fall off so easily and i think this could of been made to fit stronger, i also have the previous castle and the older one just feels so much more sturdy to carry around
the sword and the stone was actually located OUTSIDE the castle right near the entrance of it!. it’s cool they put in inside tho!

We need a Lego Disney Partners statue set that could include a golden Mickey Mouse figure and a Walt Disney figure.

I feel like Belle wasn't included because then they would have to make Beast. And they probably didn't want to make a new piece for Beast's head in this set.
It looks awesome. I think Belle and Beast and Aurora and Prince Phillip would have been better additions than Tiana & Rapunzel and also added the Fairy Godmother.
I’m really hoping that means these princess and princes minifigs will also appear in smaller sets. Something like the Peter Pan diorama would be great, different Disney film scenes with great minifigs
I hope the Maleficent Dragon set is real, but I also would love a much smaller set with Princess Aurora in her Blue Dress with the Spinning Wheel, Bed, and at least 1 of The Fairies. Maybe Merriweather.
looking at it from the front, my tower farthest towards the left seems to jiggle a bit… is that for anyone else. there’s no bricks to connect it to ground like the tower next to it. 4:07

@@19inchesofvenom69 I absolutely hate the pink color as to me it looks weird, but I never liked the repaint of castle to begin with. To me that peach color pains the eyes to look at.

I wish they didn't double dip with tiana. We should have got bell as either the cmf or the castle or vice versa
This set looks a bit better than the classic 2016 castle but I don’t want to get another Disney castle as I have the mini scale version and the 2016 version
tbh, i think it was a better idea to keep Tiana with her green dress for the set and for the series her blue dress.
I can’t wait for this set the only thing I wish the did different was to add Bell and Beast or change Tianas Dress blue
You can mod the haunted drop tower set for tower of terror
Or just get rid of Tiana which no one likes or wanted and the cultural appropriation and add Belle and Beast to begin with that many more people like.
@@Daniel_B_23 yes agreed. forced diversity from what was once a European fairy tale. Put in the classic Disney couples like Belle and the Beast, Ariel and Eric, Aladdin and Jasmine, Aurora and Phillip, etc.

I know I'm in the minority when I say this, but I like this colour scheme more than the original. The original set the standard as being the more Castle looking, but this one has the bright vibrant colours that make it feel more magical. It is the "Magic Kingdom" after all so why would you want it to have it being the generic grey's and dark blues of every other Lego castle.
Except the ori Disney world castle was grey and dark blue, hence why the 2016 Disney castle has that colour scheme. This 2023 colour scheme is based on the newly repainted Disney world’s 50th anniversary.
P.S I actually thought majority like the new 2023 colour scheme more than the 2016 one
FAVORITE SNOW WHITE FIGURE
No doubt that this is an upgrade from the prior set.... But I still would have rather had Sleeping Beauty Castle (California), smaller, fully enclosed and accurate on the back but dollhouse interior. There are essentially five very unique Disney park castle styles around the world, and I'm just a bit disappointed they went with Disney World, again.
Part of me is tempted to make a corrupted version of it

This one is better than the first IMO besides the figures I get why it’s princess figures but I wish it was the entire Mickey group again in some kind of disney 100 suits but still very cool

I cannot stress enough how angry I am at Lego for this horrible set.
We finally get Rapunzel after everyone else and she's exlusive to the worst most overpriced set I've ever seen.

I want this so so badly. But $400 is unfortunately out of my budget 🥲 At the very least, I hope to get the minifigures somehow. I love them so much, & I can’t wait for the references video.
The value of this set is very good. If I were you, I’d wait to see if these characters pop up anywhere else first because that’ll bring down their cost by a lot.
If I had to guess right now, they’re gonna go for $40-$50 a piece. If there is a $100 Snow White cottage, her figure value will plummet
