Komani homes burn while politicians play blame game

The Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality is claiming victory after a recent High Court ruling in Makhanda. Executive Mayor Madoda Papiyana says the ruling proves the courts won't entertain "false narratives" and that his critics, particularly those he calls anti-ANC, have been wasting the court's time trying to dissolve the municipality. He even had some strong words for an influential figure in Komani. But, others believe Papiyana is simply avoiding the real issues. eNCA's Ronald Masinda has the story. Courtesy #DStv403
