I don't know if you already know this, but based on baumi's experiment, if you're hunting for your current specific hero skills, it's better to take it's own skills as it increases the chance to get the other skills, for example, if you want specifically bulwark, you should have took spear, rebuke, and arena blood, or at least some of them rather than keep discarding/taking random skills
