These are two sisters from Stockholm that have made an impact in folk pop. At young age (about 12) they were introduced to country and found music like Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris. They wrote a song called "Emmilou" about her and Gram Parsons and in 2015 they were honored to perform that song in front of Emmylou Harris, as she received the Polar Music Prize. I usually don't listen to radio (mostly just metal and electronic music) but one winter morning about ten years ago I was driving my commute home from a night shift and the battery was out in my phone so I put on the radio. Pop station was playing some garbage so I ended up on the local station that played some local folk band I knew... then this song comes on next and I'm so taken by the song I have to concentrate to hear if the DJ would say the name of the band and the song afterwards. I stoppe so I could write it down. Been a fan ever since.

I saw First Aid Kit live in Sydney, and it is my favourite concert of all time. Love this band. They are beyond talented.

Go to Tommy Johansson's YT and listen to him when he sings covers on, among other things, abba qeen gary more and others. He sings like a god, plays all the instruments himself. Just quit Sabaton as a guitarist and also has his own band majestica. Fantastic person
