Yes ... washroom is attached with every room which has hot/cold water supply and wastern toilet , washbasin ,bathtub 🛀 area . you have to take bath in bathtub area only as washroom is also made of fully wood so its advised not to spill water on floor ... washroom was decent in size and neatly maintained.. sorry to not able to capture washroom in this video due to some technical issue in video clip
There are many good houseboats with facilities required ...you can search it online ...do not select very cheap price one ...otherwise they may not have proper heating systems ...you can check reviews of each.
