Yeah, basically. It reads either the opponent's inputs or the move data of the attack that came out, and if it's a high or a low that it's in range of, it automatically crouches for the number of frames that the move takes to hit. There's also scripts that automatically break grabs, but I don't know if this guy was using that, and there's macros set to do an entire combo, but I'm pretty sure this guy wasn't using that either. Just the auto crouch
