how to kill your own INNER JUDGE: INFALLIBLE method (try it to believe)

How often are we our own worst enemy? I don't know about you, but it happens to me quite often...thoughts become critical, judgment too quick and easy, self-pity takes over from enthusiasm.
So what to do? Learning to love yourself is a never-ending journey because the enemy is always lurking. Meanwhile, I discovered this technique that never fails: singing. Singing and dancing. Make noise, laugh, respond with irony so as not to fall into the trap and not to listen to that voice (or voices) trying to trip me up. Never respond, never try to reason with one's brain when it takes the path of destructive criticism, simply, SABOTAL IT.
Cheerfulness is unrivaled.
