Just a tip ,cook the ground beef in a little water and the when done drain the meat ! It really works y'all. 😋NO GREASY DRIP LOL .

HEY GUYS GOOD TOO SEE Y'ALL.
The first meal I ever cooked was actually homemade chicken tacos 🌮. I learned how to from my mother she would boil a pot of water 💦 add the chicken legs thighs and breast with some onion 🧅 and garlic 🧄 add salt to taste. Once it was done set it aside make the salsa as well tomatoes tomatillos jalapeños chili 🌶 de arbol boil or heat in comal. Then make the guacamole as well. She said she used the mortar and pestle to grind her salsa. I used the blender. I got the chicken placed in a plate shredded and then got a pan out for the tacos to fry the tortillas. I learned that my mom has while the chicken cooled down she cut the lettuce 🥬 , tomatoes and grated Mexican cheese 🧀. I proceeded to take a tortilla one by one place in the pan add the chicken using a spatula to fold the tortilla in half let it fry and repeat. When they were all done I placed them on a plate with paper towels to drain the oil. It’s one of my favorite dishes as well as tostadas. 🙂
