Doctor, could u do videos on 6 body types....their daily routine, improved digestion, well being, foods to be avoided. I'm a kapha vata body type. I ve not seen videos on the internet on the combination body types....atleast shorts ...ur shorts on abhyanga, fibromylagia.. so useful. Ty and God bless❤

cleansing: besan
Moisturizer: homemade pure ghee
For outside : 1 drop ghee + rose water apply for half minutes and wipe off extra
