Cool that they are so clearly talking about this, many shops are missing the facts and works.

That’s some hardcore spatial distortion. Should have had Tall in back and Adam in front. As is, Tall looks super tall and Adam super short.

Excellent video, nice explanations and display of the Stage-1, 2, 3, & 4 Heads w/matching cam (and compression ratio for which heads/cam combo is designed for). Yes sir, all the parts have to be engineered/designed/sized, etc. to work together well to achieve desired efficiency and power/torque levels and at what rpm range.
Thought about doing a 114-to-128 kit, but as I have new in the box Carillo 4.125" 10.75:1 forged pistons and a spare set of cylinders/heads (114, 2400miles), I'm going to go the 114-to-120 cu.in route for now (stock stroke 114/117 flywheel at 4.500" combined with 4.125" bore). Also, researching now to what I want to do as far as head work. Presently running a Stage-2 in my 114 (10.5:1 stock comp. ratio, stock heads/intake/TB/injectors) touring bike now, S&S 465 performance-torque cam, S&S 2-1 Sidewinder, F.M./K&N #3956 Ventilator style air cleaner and tuned with Dynojet PV3b (map by Fuel Moto). Runs perfect, strong torque from below 1750rpm to 4250+rpm, and averaging 46.4mpg at 70-75mph cruise on highway.

When I go for the big bore kit I will be requesting a redshift cam on my bike.
    I believe in their product.
I’m very happy with the 468 running on a 107.
I’d want to stick with a brand that has done well for me

Tall this is great info. My 2017 street glide special is in the shop with a damaged front cylinder head. The compression plug blew out and the head was damaged. Has anyone experienced this before? Just curious to know if this is a common issue.

I absolutely love the tech videos you do with Adam & Zippers/Red Shift cams . And as you know I don't even own a H-D Milwaukee 8. Do they do cams for the Indian Thunder stroke motor and how does that compare to the cams Lloyd'z has for Indian ?
I have the 116 kit which comes with Indian's cams, but my buddy got
the Lloyd'z mid range cams and withe the same exhaust setup (CAT delete & RC Components 4 inch slip ons) his sounds better than mine does & his take off is a bit quicker, but I catch & pass him very quickly.
Anyway, another excellent tech video & I'm still waiting for you and Ridingfish to square up ! (LOL)
    I'll keep watching......

    The stage 3 heads .

How much are they . ?

What I’m curious about, y’all are talking 460 or a 472 or 588,, what is those numbers mean?
Also, How would know if my bike has a stage 2 when I purchased it used,, what would I “see” that tells me if I have a stage 1 or 2 ?
Air cleaner looks factory to me,, but there’s a “FuelPak 3” I found near my main fuse box, just curious if you may could tell me by seeing something on my bike.

The lift on the cam. It's the shape of the cam that's determines how long the valves open and close. I have an older video about that, check through the playlist.
